Welcome to the Sapphire Coast Villa 1103, a beautifully decorated ground floor two bedroom, two bath villa at the incomparable Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort.

The Sapphire Coast Villa offers a coastal vibe and all the comforts of home including a spacious living area, dining area, fully-equipped kitchen with all you need for meals/snacks. It has high end cabinets and granite countertops with modern fixtures and small appliances such as a blender, toaster, and traditional coffee maker plus pots/pans, utensils, dishware and silverware. You'll relax in comfy seating while enjoying the large smart TV and overlooking a gorgeous view of the peaceful pond. A sleeper sofa accommodates up to two guests.

In the main bedroom, you'll find a king sized bed, smart TV, clothing storage, ceiling fan, and an ensuite main bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and double vanity. The second bedroom has two queen beds, smart TV, clothing storage, ceiling fan, and access to the second bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

The covered patio offers seating to enjoy a morning coffee in a peaceful, quiet setting. Complimentary wifi is high-speed fiber and a washer and dryer is available for your convenience.

A seasonally heated pool is located just steps from our front door, and the Resort's convention center and clubhouse are close by.

The Sapphire Coast Villa will comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Pets/ESA are not allowed.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $200 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No smoking or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles. We provide starter amounts of soaps and paper products (like tp, paper towels, and trash bags). Please plan to bring/buy additional if your stay is longer than a couple of days.

The luxurious Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is Panama City Beach's ONLY full-service resort. Just over the resort pedestrian bridge, you'll find a full restaurant, tiki bar, huge oceanside lagoon pool, kids splash area, Starbucks, market, ice cream parlor, 4 hot tubs, water sports/activities, beach chair service (pool and beach), and more. On our side of the resort is a 9-hole golf course, Pro Shop, fitness center, and basketball/tennis/shuffleboard/pickleball courts.

Just outside the 24/7/365 manned-security-gates of the resort is a multitude of additional walkable restaurants--everything from NY style pizza to high-end seafood, an American eatery, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, and even a Subway, Waffle House, and Taco Bell.
