It’s a good apartment for family vacation, excellent location in Panama beach, the pools and beach perfect, comfortable rooms and beds, only the A/C don’t work very good.

Perfect location

This condo was in the perfect location! It was nice and clean, just had some dust in the drawers and closets, but otherwise it was tidy! We loved the balcony and the fact we were so close to the pedestrian bridge. We’ve stayed at Edgewater several times and it never disappoints!

Cute little Villa 513

We had a nice stay at this villa. We were there for a dance competition and it was so convenient to our event. We had a couple of issues with the sleep sofa mattress being covered in sand and dirt and the sheets on it were stained. But the owner was helpful about it.

Small slice of paradise

This is the perfect property. Condo was stocked with everything we needed even had games for the kids inside the unit, books for me to read ( I fully enjoyed reading on the balcony watching the sunset) and my mom enjoyed the movies provided in the condo. We didn’t have to drive much, stores and actives are literally on property or right down the street. We enjoyed walking across the street to the arcade/bowling/skate ring. The pool area is AMAZING and if you have a chance to catch karaoke DO IT soooo much fun. We will be booking again next year but for a longer stay and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else but here this is our new slice of paradise You can definitely tell the owners put time and love into this condo.

Great accommodation and location

We really liked this condo and resort. The condo was clean, bigger than I expected and good for a couple of Dad’s and their sons visiting for a baseball tournament. The resort was walkable and safe, with a number of pools. Easy access to the beach was a bonus.

July 4th Vacation

Owners were very easy to work with. The Golf Villa is in a premium location right next to the bridge to the beach. It is on the 9th hole with a view of the course and lake. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Wonderful accomadations

Everything amazing except yhe communication with VRBO. Thankfully the owner was able to communicate the door code hours before our arrival. They sre wonderful hosts and highly recommend this property. VRBO, not so much.

We had a great stay at this villa. It was a short walk to the big pools and beach. It was also a quick walk to other things to do for spring break. We did not have any issues checking in. Overall we had a great week of Spring Break.

Overall Great Stay

This condo was clean and had all of the necessities. It was spacious and as described. We love Edgewater and will absolutely stay there again. A couple of things would have made this condo better…beach chairs, games, beach toys. There’s nothing like that, so those are things I may look for next time I’m ready to book something. Overall, great experience though. Thank you!

The property is very nice though there is no view of the ocean. Well worth the cost. A lovely place.

The property is quite nice but shows some signs of disrepair. There were a few spots of falling plaster from the ceiling. The outlet in the Master Bedroom needs to be replaced as the plate is gone and it sparked at me when I plugged my phone in. The paint could use a new coat in a few areas to make it look a bit refreshed and some of the furniture isn't exactly 'clean'. OTHER THAN THAT... it's very comfortable and plenty spacious enough for my family of four (could fit more in easily!). The owners communicate best by phone. I emailed about the plaster and outlet and got not response. However, at one point in the week the AC stopped working and when I called to let them know they called back within minutes. They were very concerned and fortunately had a repair man out that evening (who had it fixed within minutes) as it was HOT (85 and climbing INSIDE the condo). I wish they had stocked a few amenities such as coffee filters, maybe a few beach toys... these things are easy enough to buy but to buy 100 coffee filters for 5 pots of coffee is a pain and wasteful and I had no room in luggage to bring Beach toys back home (where there are no beaches). There are also no extra linens in case anything needed to be changed. The laundry was nice to have but the dryer does not work well. I had to run it 3 times to dry anything. It's a short walk to the pool and beach (which are both AMAZING!!!) and you can sometimes catch the golf cart guy to bring you over the bridge. We absolutely LOVED our time in PCB and are so very very grateful to have beem able to stay at the Edgewater Beach Resort.
