Our property guarantees an exceptional stay with a full kitchen equipped with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, including refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, two dishwashers, microwave and blender.

Enjoy casual meals at the three-person breakfast bar or host elegant dinners in the formal dining room that seats eight. Relax and have fun in the large living area, with comfortable sofa and armchairs, perfect for relaxing and watching TV.

Five of the bedrooms offer private bathrooms and are decorated in soft neutral tones, with flat-screen Smart TVs and generous storage.

Early check-in or late checkout may be available by an extra charge if the property schedule permits it.

If you need to, please request Pack & Play or High Chair one day before your arrival.

BBQ Grill has an additional cost of $50 for use during the reservation.

For the best convenience of our guests, we provide basic supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and essential kitchen items like salt, sugar, and pepper for the first days of the stay.

Please note that the initial credit card information requested during the booking process is solely for website registration purposes. Welfare Vacation Homes will subsequently request your credit card details through our property management system for the actual payment. We have implemented a thorough three-step authorization process to ensure the utmost information security:

1. Submission of Reservation Agreement and Credit Card Information.
2. Submission of a Personal Portrait Holding the Credit Card and ID.
3. Electronic Signatures Verification.

Additionally, we are delighted to offer our valued guests the option of installment payments. The availability of this installment option is determined by the number of full months between the booking and check-in dates.

To receive a refund, any reservation cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival or in the event of a no-show will not qualify for a refund. However, cancellations made at least 30 days in advance will incur only a 4.5% transaction fee. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed on the originally scheduled check-in date.

If you choose to complete your reservation and make the payment via wire transfer or Zelle, you will not be required to pay the 4.5% cancellation fee.
Property Security Notice

For the safety and security of our guests, our vacation homes are equipped with exterior surveillance cameras strategically placed on the front porch and sides of the property. These cameras are positioned solely for security purposes and do not face any private areas of the home, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay.
