Welcome to Event House! Escondido's newest luxury home! Situated in the middle of a beautiful 40-acre ranch, only a 15-minute drive to DT Escondido. This home was designed specifically to host weddings and large events as well as a nice luxury getaway.

CLEANLINESS is a high priority for our listing!
There is always a professional thorough, sanitizing cleaning between guests from the refrigerator to the remote controls and light switches.
Guest access
You get an entire 3-bedroom home with a private entrance and Patio. You have access to the entire 40-acre compound. You are free to walk the entire property and explore but do NOT go into or around any other houses on the ranch. Each house is used by different guests at any given time.

Pickleball courts are shared with all the properties on the ranch. Please be courteous and let everyone have a chance.

Other things to note
Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. We do have neighbors therefore, we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site.

For the safety and security of our guests and neighbors, the exterior of this home is monitored 24/7 by Home Security

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW

Rest assured that the house is thoroughly cleaned before you arrive; however, please be informed that we are located in a mountainous area with abundant dirt and trees, which may result in the presence of dirt, dust, and dander indoors. Completely uncontrollable on our side, but we'll be happy to assist with any concerns you may have.

• Do not disrespect the Neighbors
• Please follow check-in and out instructions
• Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe.
• No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at any time anywhere INSIDE the property.
• No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts, and the like unless PRE APPROVED.
• Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and NO unapproved visitors.
• No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm.
• If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
• We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
• Mail services are not available. We suggest guests set up a temporary mailbox at the nearby UPS Store or USPS
• Items left behind can NOT be picked up, they must be shipped to the guest at the guest's cost.
• Failure to park in our designated spot may result in your car being towed at your own expense.

• FEES: Smoking of any kind inside will result in a $300 Charge (plenty of smoking space outside)
• FEES: Unapproved Late Check Out fees: Every 30 min after 11 am is an additional $75.
• FEES: $20 per night per person for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation.
• FEES: $50 Handling Charge AFTER shipping costs for items left behind that need to be sent back. Items will be kept for 5 days. After which time they will be donated at our discretion.
• Any Fees charged/collected before/during the reservation is non-refundable

**Please refrain from flushing any toilet paper/baby wipes etc from the toilet to avoid clogging. If we find that guests clogged the toilets with things they shouldn't be flushing, we will charge a Plumbing Service Fee **
