Lovely home, pleasant stay

Michael was a very gracious and helpful host. The bedrooms are large with excellent bathrooms. Riverfront has easy access to the Lyn Canyon trail system and Mt. Seymour for hikers like us. It's got great proximity to Deep Cove. Lonsdale Quay, and Capillano Bridge The breakfasts prepared by Michael are basic but hearty with good variety. He also has lots of helpful suggestions for places to go depending upon your interests. We will definitely go back to stay with Michael and his lovely family again.

Great place and cozy

We stayed 3 nites. We enjoyed every minute of it. We had our 3 year old son, and he loved playing in the back yard, and it's safe for kids not to go into river because of a stone bank that is build to prevent that. Clean and discreet. Next time will definitely stay again

Wonderful stay and a beautiful property.

What an outstanding bed and breakfast experience. The house is absolutely stunning with amazing views of the river and close to hiking trials. The room was new, clean and had everything you could need. Micheal was extremely hospitable and make a fantastic breakfast that was a great way to start the day. I will definitely be back here soon!

My first bed and breakfast experience. I very much enjoyed it!

Very beautiful property and gorgeous view of the river. Michael and Ying were very welcoming and professional. Would stay there again in a heart beat!

Absolutely fantastic!

We recently enjoyed a two night stay here. The owners/hosts are very friendly and welcoming. Beautiful home on the Seymour River. The breakfasts were superb. We will be returning soon. Highly recommend this property.

World class bed and breakfast experience, Love it!

We just got back from Vancouver, and we already started missing Michael's house. If you love nature, and relaxation, this is the place to be! The house is super nice, with beautiful river view and forest around it. Everything is new and clean, and the towls are changed everyday, we felt like we were in a hotel. Michael prepares us breakfast every morning, we were so impressed by the presentation and his attention to detail. You could eat breakfast on the deck with the sound of river. Michael is very nice, and always gives us great suggestions for places and restaurants to enjoy. Overall it's a fantastic experience, and I would definitely want to come back again!

Relaxing, beautiful, private, and nice location.

Michael has a wonderful new house and beautiful property. I loved opening the windows and hearing the river at night. The house was immaculate and comfortable, doors with individual key pads. The overall location was close to many hikes and not far from Vancouver, Downtown. Michael and his wife was helpful during our stay, and provided great info about the local area. We'd definitely stay again.

What a treat!

The host was very gracious and hospitable. A lovely location right on the riverbed made you feel you were miles away but in reality we were only 2 minutes away from a lot of things we wanted to access. Would highly recommend this place, it was very clean and modern with extremely comfortable beds.
