Check in was easy and straightforward. Living area was great, loved facing the harbor and watching the seals floating around. Just a short walk to the Quay market for eating and drinking. Also liked Knead coffee nearby in the morning.

Absolutely incredible property, the harbour seals were a big highlight. Kitchen was equiped with everything needed to make meals. Only thing fhat could be improved is the ease of finding the location and actually accessing the property. Once there we enjoyed our stay, it truly is a hidden gem. Restaurants and shopping are just a 10 minute walk away.

This was a dreamy experience. The houseboat gently rocked us to sleep. I loved the lower floor because being so close to the level of the water and the seals was magical and now that I have stayed in the lower level, I would want to do that again. The shipyard area was so walkable and had great restaurants and shops nearby. It was also a great starting point for driving to great hikes but it’s also super convenient for all means of public transport and getting in and out of the city. This stay has everything you want and I would love to come back again.

Really unique and beautiful stay right on the water. Loved opening up the windows in the morning and night. Great location. It is a shared house with the upper level, and we were very much able to hear the upper level visitors come and go, particularly from the bedroom which is right next to the entrance.

This is our first time staying in a floating home and it is great. I think the floating part make our entire family sleep better including our toddler. He had fun running around and looking at the seals, airplanes ships etc. Our dog was a bit nervous the first day but also had fun eventually. Host is very communicative. Overall a really great experience. The murphy bed has a great view and is also comfortable.

We loved staying here and enjoyed the water views immensely! Our young son was facinated by the seals, fish, and crabs we could see from the large main floor window. We took the kayaks out twice for a paddle around the harbour and visited with the seals. The unit was spotless, well stocked, and beds were comfortable. We could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you!!!

It was quiet and peaceful, on the water. A seal came up to the window and looked in a few times. I was there for work and it was a prefect place to focus and think, and I hope to get back with my family to enjoy together.

What a GREAT experience

This is a great fun place to stay. We came for a work trip and it was fantastic to be within walking distance of great shops, bars, and restaurants after a long day of working. The place is immaculate and being on the water is a unique experience. Can't wait to come back and stay again.
