I'm not sure where to start, this nothing short of a terrible experience. I would avoid reserving this house or other properties by this owner. I chose this house because it was listed as having Air Conditioning which was important for my elderly parents. This house is not a single structure but is rather three separate striations with one structure being the kitchen/living room and the other two structures contain the bedrooms. The living room structure does not have any air conditioning what so ever. Each of the bedroom buildings have air conditioning but one of these air conditioners was not working and the rude air conditioning technician that showed up was too incompetent to troubleshoot without help from the Mitsubishi factory. As instructed the day before my arrival I went through the 'Pre-arrival Checkin List' I received from the owner and discovered the owner attempted to extort me of 750 to use the air conditioning. When I expressed concern with the rental agency I was informed to cancel the reservation which I did not because I had already read the contract and they would not be returning any of my money if I did. I'd be willing to bet this extortion/cancel reservation strategy works on many people and I'm glad I didn't take the bait. The truth is the buildings are run down and the door locks/handles don't work properly. The hot water in the middle building does not work so the kids had to take semi cold showers. Also the kids each received bug bites each night.
