Detta hem har ett fullt vardagsrum, matsal, kök och balkong med panoramautsikt över soluppgången, havsutsikt över Leeward-kusten från Diamond-Head till Campbell Industrial. Det finns också en stor rygg uteplats med har en uteplats bordsset, utomhus soffa och en propan BBQ grill. Köket har granitbänkskivor, alla rostfria stekapparater: Jenn Aire Range-Top och Dubbla konvektionsugnar ett dubbelt brett kyl / frys, mikrovågsugn, en Bosch diskmaskin, förvaring med ett komplett sortiment av små apparater, tallrikar, bestick och redskap och kokkärl för matlagning och bakning. Det finns också en prep sink i köket och våt bar med mikrovågsugn i korridoren. Detta hem har en full storlek front loading hög energi tvättmaskin och torktumlare. En 60 "plattskärms-HDTV i vardagsrummet och en platt-TV i varje sovrum. Gratis kabel och trådlöst internet tillhandahålls. Det finns gratis parkering i 1 bil Carport och på gatan parkering framför huset. Det finns en utomhusdusch för att ta bort sand också för efter strandutflykter.

Detta hem ligger 3/4 mil till H-1 motorvägsanslutning östra gränsen och 1/2 mil till H-1 västbunden. Det är en kort 1 mil avstånd till en Wal Mart super butik och Chili samt Safeway Shopping Center och bensinstationer. Det finns också en närbutik och bensinstation bara ett par kvarter bort. Inom en 5 mil lång rad finns det många restauranger och shoppingupplevelser samt teatrar, postkontor och Costco Store för shopping och gas, Wet and Wild Water Park, Ko Olina Beach Resort och andra Ocean Beach destinationer. Det är cirka 4 miles till det nya "Ka Makana Ali'i" köpcentret, UH West Oahu, Paradise Luau, Germain's Luau, och några av de bästa stränderna på ön.

Outstanding home in great area

Our family loved this home! The accommodations were perfect, comfortable, and clean. We had everything we needed for the kitchen, beach, etc. The host was communicative and responsive. We were sad to leave!

Would book again!

Our stay in Kapolei was great! Nita was very sweet and helpful despite recovering from a surgery, and check in/out was smooth! Kitchen has everything you would need to cook with, towels provided, air conditioning if you prefer, laundry facilities, and a great view both daytime and at night! Its close to shopping and the interstates!! We loved our stay and would book again if/when we make it back!! Thank you Nita!!

Loved this place

Nita's home was in a perfect location between our conference and the beaches. It fit our group perfectly and was comfortable. We loved the king sized beds and beach towels provided, that made our trip that much easier.

Perfect for our family!

We were all very pleased with our stay, the house was wonderful. We had 4 separate bedrooms, each with king sized beds! The kitchen was amazing with everything you would need if you plan to cook every meal here in the home. Our son is in the Army here and requested several meals from home. We had all we needed to make lasagna for him! The house was great. The only bad part was we didn't get to meet Nita because she was recovering from surgery and not able to get out. We talked several times on the phone throughout the week to make sure all was going well. The home is close to stores and access to H1. We were only 20 minutes from Pearl Harbor (good traffic) and close to the Disney Resort beach. Thank you Nita & Diana for making our stay so wonderful.

Had everything we needed & perfect location

We were attending a wedding in nearby Ko’Olina, and Nita’s place was perfectly located near many shops and grocery stores. The house was fully stocked with all we needed to cook meals and she shared beach towels and chairs to hang at the beach! Nita answered all questions and addressed all needs during our stay. Mahalo!

The house was very old and cluttered however the biggest issue was that it was in a terrible area. We ended up leaving the first night and stayed at embassy suites. need to speak with someone from VRBO regarding this issue.

Great location, lovely views and a terrific host

We just got back from Hawaii tonight. We have rented from VRBO before and found this property to be the best. There were 5 of us at the house and we never felt crowded. We had everything we needed here. There was coffee and tea, pots and pans for cooking, boogie boards for surfing, fold up chairs for sitting at the beach. Nita was just a wonderful host. We were delayed in arriving by 6hrs because of weather. I texted Nita and let her know. She was there upon our arrival (10pm) to show us everything. She was able to tell us where the best beaches were and where to go to eat. We would HIGHLY recommend this place. Her place is north of Waikiki away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Honolulu. Great Location and View!

Nita's house was inviting and we felt very much at home. She was a great host by providing pretty much everything we needed so we didn't have to buy much at all. The location was perfect as it was in a quiet neighborhood, close to the hwy, and was convenient to local eateries, shops, and markets. It didn't take long to head into Honolulu or other touristy areas of the island. My kids enjoyed the house so much that my daughter cried on our last day and said no one else could live there! Thank you again, Nita!

Great home, convenient location

This home is roomy, cool & convenient . Each room is air conditioned. Very nice home away from home. Easy access to the freeway, Costco, Walmart, etc and all the eateries. Ko Olina is just minutes away. Day or night there is a great view of Diamond Head, Waikiki and Pearl harbor. The owner is close by and always very helpful.

Neighborhood Property

This property is in a neighborhood overlooking the harbor. It is up the mountain quite a bit. It is very clean and close to anything we wanted to do. There is easy access to the H-1 freeway. It's about 10 minutes to Ka Olina (and the lagoons) and 30-35 minutes to the North Shore. We made it to downtown Honolulu in about 45 minutes in morning traffic. (It would be 25 or so in no traffic.) Nita is a great host and was always there when we needed anything. When we had trouble finding the house, she met us at McDonalds to show us the way, gave us a tour, and got us settled. She was quick to respond any time we needed her. If you are looking for a location where your family can be comfortable, this is it!

Fantastic host, great view, peaceful neighborhood

Nita was very kind throughout the preparation and during the stay. She had the house fully furnished with everything you would need. It was conveniently located nearly many things you need (stores, restaurants, etc.) and close to the beach resorts (approx. 10 min). All was good and I'm confident all who stay there will feel the same.

Beautiful view of Diamond Head & city lights!

Property is in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view. It had everything you needed as if you were at home. Loved that the bedrooms had air conditioning which really made it comfortable on humid days. Great location if you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Honolulu.

Kapolei visit.

The home was perfect for our visit. Not far from my daughters home. Nice clean home supplied with everything. We had thanks giving with our children it was very nice. Beds were comfortable. Near stores and restaurants.

Comfortable & convenient

This house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. It is well stocked with just about everything you might need. Appliances are new and rooms are comfortable and air conditioned. The front lanai has a nice view of Honolulu and can even see Diamond Head.. The freeway access is closeby and Kapolei city is just minutes away with all the eateries, grocery stores etc, there. Between Kapolei and the house is a neighborhood market and gas station. This is a good location to go from if sightseeing around the island or have things to do around Kapolei or the west side of Oahu. The Ko Olina resort is about 15 minutes drive with more restaurants and beaches.

Restful and Local

The rental house provided what we needed. We had a group of 5 and the rooms and beds were great. The weather was very hot and humid and the having A/C in each room and living room was great. House is about a mile from the Interstate but we never heard or saw the highway from the home...it was quiet. the house had all the amenities needed and more.
