This beautiful single story Panama City Beach home boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully remodeled & outfitted kitchen, and a living room with tons of seating. The exterior has an outdoor dining space, a large fully fenced backyard, a fire pit, and a private roof top sundeck with an incredible views. There is ample parking for your vehicles (easily fit 4 vehicles), and room for your RV or boats (up to 34 ft) on the uncovered portion of the driveway. Walk to the beach in 7 minutes and enjoy!

Bedrooms
When you’re finally ready to wind down for the night enjoy the 3 spacious / luxurious bedrooms all which house memory foam high end mattress and linens that will help you feel like your spelling on a cloud.
* The 5 piece Master Bedroom is complete with a queen bed, fully stocked
master bath, direct access to the back porch and lots of closet space.
* The 2nd bedroom is super comfortable as well and has a queen bed,
* The third bedroom is large with two full beds, a dresser with lots of storage, a sitting area and plenty of closet space all with plenty of space.

Living Room &Entertainment
We have done our best to anticipate your needs inside as well. The WiFi is fast and provides more than enough bandwidth for working remotely and streaming media on multiple devices. The living room and the all three bedrooms have Smart HDTV with ROKU so that you can log into your own subscription services, such as Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu, etc. We've provided Alexa to stream your favorite music or help with setting timers, alarms, or asking about the weather to help with planning your day. If you want to unplug from the digital world feel free pull out the provided board games for all to enjoy. And we haven’t forgotten about our furry best friends as well… Dog leashes, bowls, and blankets (to protect furniture) have also been provided.

Kitchen
The recently updated the kitchen, for the chef in your group, which is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, utensils and glassware to cook up your favorite dishes. A bar that seats four makes cooking and visiting a breeze, and a dining table seating 6, for a total of 10 people dining indoors. Most importantly, we also provide coffee, tea, and a Keurig.

Outdoor
After a day at the beach enjoy outdoor living at its finest back at the house. Toss the ball around with your friends, kids or fur kids in the large grassy, fully fenced back yard. Fire up the provided grill and enjoy a meal and drinks with everyone under the covered outdoor dining space. Or if you prefer head up to the rooftop deck and enjoy the beautiful sunsets in the outdoor lounge & chaise lounge Chairs. After the sun has set spend time around the fire with your loved ones while you talk about your amazing vacation experiences.

Guests have exclusive and private use of the entire house, back yard, front yard, driveway, patios, and decks.

Located off Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach, this home is in a quintessential beach neighborhood. There are several beach access points within walking distance, as well as restaurants, stores, and entertainment.

Guests can travel throughout Panama City Beach on foot, bike, golf cart, Uber, or your personal vehicle. There is plentiful parking at the Seaside Sunset.

There is a non-refundable 2.9% charge upon booking. Any cancellations that occur within the cancellation window will be refunded in full according to the cancellation policy except for 2.9% of the total amount originally charged.

* This home is dog-friendly and the pet fee is $175 per stay. We have no size or breed restrictions. Bring your fur family members but just clean up their dog doo in the backyard please, and keep the pups off of the beds. We have blankets in a fireplace basket you can use for them if they want to snuggle on the sofa.

* Dogs are permitted on the sofa as long as you put down one of the dog blankets first, which are located in a basket on the fireplace.

* Dogs are not permitted on the beds due to possible damage to bedding (rips, tears, stains) and host will have to bill guests for any bedding replacement costs. We do have cozy blankets for dogs to snuggle on the sofa for a soft comfy sleep space. Or some guests will bring dog beds.

* * Summertime guests: PLEASE NEVER leave your dog outside unattended for any longer than a few minutes because the summers in Panama City – both day and night – are so hot and humid that dogs often have severe, life-threatening medical complications in the summer in PCB, FL. Always give water!
