Great trip!

Called about grass needing to be cut..no response. So i didnt call about the floors needing cleaning and counters. Little things that would have made a better experience...i actually cleaned the floors myself...your welcome.

Perfect location and decorated

Just a short distance from PCB but a few minutes walk to the beach. Beautifully decorated and elegant, we will be back.

Beautiful place to stay

Beautiful house so nice and clean, that is always what i want , we had a great stay ,very quiet neighborhood, and close to the beach , who could ask for more. We will be back .

Close but far enough away.

The property was nicely accommodated and it was an easy walk to the beach. Love that the beach was not crowded at all, like the public areas by Pier Park. Would stay again.

Family trip

Nice house. Plenty of space for our party of 3 adults. Fenced in area was convenient since we were traveling with our dog. Beach access was close and walking in the neighborhood was good.

Great stay

Really enjoyed this property and the location. Place was well decorated and clean and accommodated our group of four perfectly. Great that it was pet friendly as our dog enjoyed his walks and some playtime in the side yard area. Great accessibility to the beach and also to the Pier area a few miles down the road. Really like this area of Panama City as well. Thanks.

Quaint Little Beach Stay

Adorable little home perfect for a short staycation. We loved how close it was to the beach and attractions for Panama City. The bedrooms are all together in the back and are very nicely appointed. We did have some issues with lack of clean bedsheets, but the management company dropped some sheets off for us. House could use some extra cleaning, but overall enjoyed our stay.

Great place!

We had a great long weekend! The house was fantastic and a short walk to the beach. My only suggestion as a mom of a toddler is to please install an inside locks - deadbolt of some kind. Two year olds can escape way too easily because there is nothing to keep them from being able to open the door!

Great get away

The property was great location and the renting process was easy! The only thing I would change I would have golf cart available. The sofa was really dirty and bed was dirty between the rails. Kitchen supplies was great and there was enough towels and thankful for having washer and dryer. Rental property was perfect location. Next time we will get golf cart.

Family vacation

The outside is deceiving...but the inside what really nice, very clean with new furnishings and appliances! when pulling up there are nice homes next to trailer homes and some look abandoned. The online description mentions golf and tennis (have no idea where as the area was previously a trailer park). The beach is just down the street and private but no beach chair rental service and no beach chairs or cooler is provided at the home. We ended up having to purchase our own and didn’t have room to take back home (would have used our luggage rack if we had known). We assumed chairs or rentals would be available. We have them away our last day as the management asked us not to leave them due to Covid but yet they have outdoor furniture...Beach chairs are easy to hose off and clean vs actual furniture? Also note you have to download a app to get your “free” entertainment package, this wasn’t clear to us and we assumed it was discontinued due to CoVid. Bring your own hangers, cooler and any chairs/umbrellas needed for beach. The beach was nice and clean, great little store and ice cream shop very close. We went to Walmart to stock up first and get beach equipment. We stayed the previous week closer to Destin in a much nicer neighborhood and larger home with everything you needed for a beach vacation for a little more and a much better value. If the price was much lower it would have been worth it because usually you get what you pay for but in this case we overpaid.

Well appointed beach home

The master and second bedrooms were very comfortable. The living room had ample seating. The third bedroom had bunk beds which were perfect for our younger visitors. The beach access was close and put us right where we wanted to be for shelling. Very relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Nice, new house.

It was a nice, new house. We enjoyed taking our pets with us. Kind of a different area…a lot of mobile homes mixed with older and newer houses. The beach was great—not too crowded and roomy.

Excellent Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sandy Feet! It was a nice neighborhood with quiet neighbors and a short walk to the beach or a short drive into town!
