Enjoy the pool area's tranquil ambiance. We kindly remind you that there is no lifeguard on duty, and to swim at your own risk. For your safety, we ask guests to refrain from diving or running on the pool deck.

Elevate your stay with the option to heat our sparkling pool, available for an additional fee. To ensure your comfort, please let us know in advance if you'd like the pool heater turned on, as it takes approximately 24 hours to reach the desired temperature. Pool heating fees must be paid in advance and cover a minimum of two consecutive nights of your reservation to account for the time and energy required.

Indulge in the ultimate relaxation experience! Our private, in-ground spa is yours to enjoy at no extra cost between April 1-Sept 30, but does require an additional fee during the colder months, Oct 1-Mar 31, due to the increased energy cost. To ensure your comfort, spa heating is available from 8 am to 10 pm PST, in blocks of up to 4 hours, as we must remotely activate it for you. Please plan ahead, as it takes approximately 1-3 hours to reach the desired temperature, depending on weather and air temperature. For your safety and convenience, the heater will automatically switch off by 10 pm daily. Let us know if you'd like to enjoy the spa during your stay.

Our home boasts a complimentary propane BBQ grill, allowing you to enjoy grilling at its finest. Gas up your appetite, let the good times sizzle, and embark on your culinary adventures. Please note that while the propane tanks may not be full, they can be easily refilled by guests. So don't worry, we've got you covered - simply send us the receipt from the propane exchange, and we'll happily reimburse you for the cost, ensuring your grilling experience is always top-notch!

Your four-legged, furry friends are welcome, but they must be disclosed before arrival. We charge a small additional fee for pets ($100 per stay, per pet). Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, including hair and waste. Animals cannot be left unattended on the property. If animal hair or waste is found after your stay and a pet fee was not paid in advance, you will be charged an additional $150 for cleaning.

We want to ensure you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay!
To guarantee that hot tub or pool is heated, PLEASE REQUEST HEATING AT LEAST 3 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL WITH CHARGES APPLY. This allows sufficient time for the heating process to complete. Heating takes approximately three days to fully heat the POOL. It takes an hour to heat up the HOT TUB

We understand that plans sometimes change. However, please be aware that last-minute requests for heating the pool may not be fulfilled. We unfortunately cannot offer refunds, compensation, or reimbursements if heating is unavailable due to a late request.

We strongly recommend booking and requesting in advance to ensure all requested amenities, including hot tub heating, Pool are available for the duration of your stay. Please understand that heating is an additional cost and varies per house.
