Pleasant Stay

Every year we come to havasu for a family trip. This year we were blown away. The house was everything we could’ve asked for. Enough beds to fit our entire family, fully stocked kitchen with all the pots and pans. Not only that, but our check in process was seamless! Definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay.

Great!

Stayed here with my sisters and family. AC ran cool, pool was very refreshing, lots of room for our family. The house worked out perfectly. The setup is so great, they really thought about everything - which is why it's so hard to pin point the best parts. Would definitely stay again :) literally was perfect.

Spring break to remember

The pictures do not do it justice. The home is absolutely beautiful and extremely large. We had 14 of us and not ine person felt the least bit crowded. The back yard pool area was just perfect, we came for the lake but sent more time relaxing at the house. It was just to nice to leave. On top of all that the owners were fast about answering any questions and if the smallest problem was to come up they would jump through hoops to resolve the issue. I would recommend this house to anyone going with a small or large group. 10/10.

My growing family and I go to Lake Havasu every year. We hope to make this "our" spot since it was PERFECT for us. The house was immaculate and well decorated and stocked. The kitchen had plenty of plates, silverware, pots, pans, utensils, tubberware, etc. You name it- they had it! The outside play area was amazing for our grandkids. We would come home from the lake and the grandkid's would immediately go in the pool and play on the swings and slide. They were so happy to have their own playground. The extra wing with the bunk beds and game room was a big hit with all of us. The air conditioners worked great so the house was always a cool temp after being outside in the heat. We WILL be back!! You will love this place! And the hosts were so easy to reach and kept in communication with us.

Great spacious property

We had a great time at the Avalon property. The home is very clean, well maintained (no issues with anything), nice layout with plenty of bedrooms for a large group. The communication with the property management team was very efficient via text messaging. We would rebook again for a future trip.
