The Space:
The Whispering Pines Chalet features unique décor and handcrafted household items made by local artists and artisans, creating a welcoming and inspired atmosphere. Every detail has been carefully chosen to make your stay comfortable and memorable.

The chalet accommodates up to 8 guests, with highlights that include:

* Upper-level main bedroom with a King bed & access to the wraparound porch.
* A private bedroom with a Queen bed.
* A spare room with a twin bed.
* Two futons for additional sleeping space.
* Two full bathrooms.

The centerpiece of the living area is the wood-burning fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings after a day of adventure. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals, whether you're enjoying breakfast before hitting the slopes or a quiet dinner in.

The 2nd-story wraparound deck is a highlight of the property, featuring a fire table and ample seating to take in the stunning wooded views. An acre of wooded land behind the chalet offers a private outdoor space to explore.

Guest Access:
You will check yourself in and out using a unique keypad code provided before your arrival. I am available via messaging for any questions or assistance. Messages sent after 8 PM may be addressed the following morning.

Nestled in a quiet, wooded area, the chalet offers a peaceful retreat while being just minutes from the vibrant Village of Ellicottville. The town features excellent restaurants, unique shops, and year-round festivals, while Holiday Valley is only 4 minutes away for skiing, golf, and other outdoor adventures.

Getting Around:
A car is recommended with AWD or 4x4 during the winter. Ride shares are typically available on weekends.

Other Things to Note:
Now under new ownership, Whispering Pines has functioned as a successful and highly sought-after vacation rental for the last several years and is ready for your continued enjoyment!

Septic System: Please only flush the provided toilet paper.

Well Water: The home is serviced by well water, which is safe for drinking but may have a distinct taste.

Snow Removal: During the winter, plowing services will clear the driveway. Guests may need to shovel stairs and small areas around parked vehicles during heavy snowfalls.

Quiet Hours: While the chalet is private, neighbors are nearby. Please respect quiet hours and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.
