Perfekt läge !! Nyrenoverad sommaren 2019. Alla nya möbler, uppdaterade badrum, nya golv på första våningen och en färsk färgbeläggning i hela huset. Centralt beläget, med en 10 minuters promenad till byn för att njuta av de pittoreska butikerna, utsökt matsal, levande lokala band och många evenemang under hela året. Eller hoppa i bilen för en kort resa till Holiday Valley eller Holimont för att träffa sluttningarna. Rökfritt och husdjurfritt radhus. Storskärms-tv, höghastighets wifi, mysig vedeldad spis.
Det här är en radhus i slutet. Du kommer in i fastigheten genom ett lerrum där du kan lagra din skidutrustning på de inbyggda skidställen. I lerrummet finns också en kombinationstvätt / torktumlare för din användning. Första våningen har ett fullt utrustat kök med både en keurig och vanlig kaffekanna. Smaktillsatser och grundläggande matlagningsredskap (olja, kokspray, socker, mjöl, kryddor) tillhandahålls.
Mysig upp till en vedeldad öppen spis i vardagsrummet (ved tillhandahålls i utomhusskjul) eller slå på storskärms smart-tv och sikt igenom dussintals tillgängliga filmer. Underhålla dina gäster i den fullt fungerande våtbaren med sitt eget minikylskåp, eller koppla av på baksidan på uteplatsen på sommaren och lyssna på en babbande bäck som gränsar till fastigheten. Soffan i vardagsrummet drar ut till en full bäddsoffa. På övervåningen finns tre sovrum med helt nya uppgraderade hybridmadrasser. Koppla av från en dag full av skidåkning eller andra aktiviteter i sovrummet som har en queen size-säng och ett komplett badrum. Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng och det tredje rummet har en våningssäng med en full i botten, tvilling på toppen och en rulla. Ytterligare ett badrum erbjuder dessa två rum.

Close to everthing

This was a great place! We were able to walk into EVL for dinner and only a 5 min drive to Holiday Valley.

Excellent EVL Stay

Our family of 5 stayed for 6 nights for a ski vacation. We had the best time. EVL Retreat was perfectly appointed with lots of space while still being cozy and everything you’d ever need.The location is great with an easy walk to shops and restaurants and a short drive to Holiday Valley. We had the best stay!

quick stop on the way to get a puppy

My family stopped here in route to get a puppy nearby the following morning. We enjoyed the fireplace which made our evening cozy. The location is nice - close to town and ski, although we didn't really utilize much of these things as our stay was out of season over Thanksgiving. Overall, really nice place.

Great stay

We came to ski and were only able to ski Friday due to weather, however the house had games, darts and all sorts of stuff to keep us entertained. It was a 0.4 mile walk to Ellicottville town which has a lot of entertaining shops and breweries. The house was spacious and cleanly!

Eclipse landing spot

Perfect spot for our trip to see the eclipse! Property was exactly as described. Super cozy! Felt more like staying in someone's home than the corporate vibe of a lot of other places we have visited. Although we chose to drive in to town, it was definitely walkable. We especially loved being able to bring our dog on her first vacation with us! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect holiday getaway

Great stay at the EVL Retreat- very well appointed townhome ten minute walk from town. Small but functional kitchen was nicely stocked which came in handy when I realized I left a bag at home that contained oil,sugar, foil etc.. Nice creek runs behind - we will come back in the spring/fall to enjoy the deck

Great location

This duplex is perfectly located near the center on town and just a few minutes from the ski slopes. We walked into town in the morning to grab coffee and at night for dinner. The house was super clean and well stocked. The bottle of wine was a nice touch. Dee is very responsive especially when we found amenities listed by VRBO not to be accurate. Definitely recommend this home for your next stay.

Best rental I've ever stayed in!

EVL Retreat was the best rental I've ever stayed in. It was immaculate, cute and cozy! I could not have asked for anything better! Dee has seen to every detail including instructions for everything we used. Plus Ellicottville was the most adorable little town with great food and shops! Do yourself a favor and stay here! You won't be sorry!

Fall Fest Get-a-way

Amazing location! Just a short walk in to town. Properly was very clean & had everything we needed for an extended family, get-a-way. We enjoyed all the festivities EVL had to offer. Pictures & description very much accurate although the residence was a bit smaller then I expected. I found the owner very responsive & flexible, honoring a request for a late check out. Parking is limited but street parking was available very close by.

Think twice about this one

The location of this house - close to ski resorts and town is ideal. However, a few things to consider before renting: -The rooms/gathering areas are much smaller than depicted. Ceilings are low and space is limited. Unable to walk around the queen and bunk rooms. Notes that sleeps 10....teenagers cannot fit in the bunk rooms and mattresses are old and lumpy. - The refrigerator is very small and did not keep food/drinks cool. Waffles and ice melted in the freezer. - Upon arrival, we found just 4 full size towels and 0 kitchen towels. After we contacted the owner, the cleaning service brought a few over....still not enough for a house claiming to accommodate 10. - We found items from prior guests in drawers (face wipes), trash, clothing and toys (tennis balls/dog toys) under beds in the queen and bunk rooms. - The bathrooms could have been cleaner. We found hair on the floors. - Batteries were dead in the TV remotes - Upon arrival, a game was obviously broken, hanging from the wall, screws exposed. This was not noted by the prior guests and/or cleaning crew. The owner charged us $250, although we did not use the game. - Very limited parking. Description notes room for three cars - very tight space and the parking lot had areas of huge puddles due to melting snow so unsure how this could work if all units were occupied. No street parking, etc.

Well appointed, convenient, and cute

We spent a lovely weekend at this duplex. The host has really thought of everything you would need for a great ski weekend. The space is nicely decorated, and themed. We were very impressed with the attention to detail. Would happily book again!

Great location and amenities

This was the perfect place for a girls getaway and the fact you can walk to town. The property manager is strict about the rules and regulation so if your looking for any type of flexibility on your stay Id be prepared. While I respected her position I would have expected empathy at the very least. No spoonful of sugar here.

Varför värden valde detta boende

The location of this condo is amazing! Tons of home comforts and entertainment! Right in the middle of it all-10 min walk to all the village has to offer but set back off the main road with plenty of privacy and peace and quiet! A cemetery lies beyond the lovely creek that runs along the back of the property and only 3 units are located on this half circle
