Pool Use Rules for Short-Term Rentals
We aim to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests using the pool. Please review and adhere to the following rules:

Heater Use:

The pool heater is available for reasonable use.
A $500 penalty will be charged if the heater is left on for extended periods (over 4 hours, overnight, or multiple days). Please use it responsibly to avoid additional fees.

Safety Measures for Children:

If children are present at the property, the alarm system on sliding doors and windows must be activated at all times.
Children may use the pool only under the supervision and in the company of adults. This is non-negotiable to ensure everyone’s safety.

Responsible Behavior:

Guests are expected to practice safe and responsible behavior in and around the pool area.
Please avoid running, roughhousing, or any activities that could lead to injuries or property damage.
