Pool, Golf Course View Home, 4 place golf cart

Beautiful home recently renovated with privacy on the golf course and a swim spa as well. You will also enjoy the 4 place golf cart and a great location.

The master bedroom has a king bed and walk in closet. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a twin day bed with a twin trundle.

We furnished this home to enjoy in our retirement a few years from now, so it’s all new and beautiful. The lanai is large and overlooks the golf course with a heated swim spa and a covered area to enjoy the wonderful Florida outdoors and the sunset view.

We are close to Sumter Landing, many restaurants and shopping along 466. The kitchen renovations include a central walnut island, (that I built), with a quartz countertop, gas cooktop with an overhead hood and electric oven. The other cabinets have all the kitchen supplies you will need to enjoy dining in. There are several ways to make coffee. We have a Keurig, drip and pour over coffee makers.

The dining room is set up to seat 4 comfortably, however the kitchen chairs can be brought in to seat 6 as well. There is a gas grill and a golf cart provided (4 seats) for your enjoyment.

The swim spa is heated by solar panels and a gas heater that you may set the temperature. The maximum temperature is around 104 deg. There is a swim jet at the far end and spa jets at the 6 seats as well.
We recently installed an outdoor bar with a grill, wine chiller and refrigerator on the lanai. Use your Bluetooth device to play your favorite music in this wonderful space.

The Villages requires a Lifestyle ID for access to golf tee times and the sports pools. This can be purchased from the Villages for $50 and includes two people. Please let the host know if you would like to obtain this ID. It takes a few days to process the application, so please plan ahead.

Really enjoyed ourselves the property was beautiful. Love The Villages stayed many times this house was the best we have ever stayed at. Swim spa great kitchen had everything you need. Owners and property manager were very responsive when needed. Would go back!!

Great stay until Hurricane Milton chased us north!

We truly enjoyed our time in this beautiful home. The house is spacious and fully equipped to meet our needs. Unfortunately, we decided to head back north halfway through our stay to avoid Hurricane Milton. We will definitely consider staying in this lovely home on our next trip to The Villages.

Beautiful home

We enjoyed our stay. We had a couple of issues when we first arrived but the owner fixed it very quickly. They were very accomadating. The bed was amazing!! The house has everything you would need. The golf cart was a welcomed added bonus.

Perfect senior vacation

Perfect location convenient to golf, shopping and both sumpter landing square and spanish springs. Very high quality furnishings with attention to details. Linens were so comfortable and high quality ordered identical for home. Golf course view on patio with swim spa was just perfect. We hope to return

Heaven in The Villages

My husband and I had a wonderful time exploring The Villages then relaxing in this beautiful home. My daughter and granddaughter joined us the last 4 days and they were pleasantly surprised that this home exceeded their expectations. Paradise in the Villages

Randy and Nancys home is a welcome respite after a long travel day! The home is decorated beautifully and has anything you need! The view from lanai is very special! The golf cart is a must and we really enjoyed having it. The beds were extremely comfortable! Thanks much for your hospitality and we hope to be back!

Villages Dream

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Nancy and Randy’s home. They are tremendous hosts, extremely responsive. The property is beautiful. It is so well stocked, we had everything we could possibly need for our week long stay. In addition to that, you couldn’t ask for a better location. It’s close to 2 family pools, golf courses as well as a grocery store, CVS and many restaurants. I highly recommend booking this home!

from a relaxed and very satisfied tenant.

My wife and I have just arrived home after our 3 week stay at Randy & Nancy's beautiful home. Like all vacations it was all too short a stay, we had a very relaxing time and we look forward to our next visit. The house is well situated in a nice neighborhood where we found everyone friendly and easy to talk to. We highly recommend this property, it has everything you need to have a great vacation, and Randy & Nancy are the perfect hosts.

A Little Slice of Paradise

The property was just as listed, but even better in person. Great neighborhood, friendly neighbors. The pool is a nice way to relax and chill. I adored the patio lightning. The amenities were spot on and the proximity was near stores and shopping for anything you may have forgotten to bring. If you are looking for peace and quiet and a big chill, this is the place, in deed.

Nancy and I are from St Louis. We purchased this home to retire in a few years from now. We love the active lifestyle of Villages and the wonderful people we have met here. It's great to go out and meet happy people that enjoy life. This is our dream retirement home and we are happy to share it with you. We hope you love it too and return often.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We chose the Belvedere Village because of it's close proximity to Lake Sumter and the shops and restaurants along 466. It's so convenient, easy to get out and about and the privacy of the golf course is wonderful. It provides nice entertainment for your morning coffee watching the golfers navigate the par 4 hole : )

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

I think our home is somewhat unique in that we have a heated pool and a private golf course view. The sunsets in the winter are lovely. We have renovated the entire home, so it's beautiful, sparkling clean and the new furniture just makes it a very special place. The newly added bar and grill make is a wonderful space to entertain.
