Located in a premier affluent neighborhood within the South Bay Torrance area. Recently renovated with chef grade appliances. Layout is well thought out for privacy while preserving intimate ambiance. The beach is a short drive away. Nearby Palos Verdes with amazing views and hiking trails. The house has a huge backyard with BBQ Grill and dining area for entertainment and. This is your opportunity to enjoy southern California living.
The space
3 Bedrooms - 2 Bathrooms house in Torrance
The house has a large living room with open kitchen concept. Living room has two couches with a 65 inches TV. A large dinning table with 8 chairs. The house also has a game room/ family room upstair with space for reading, foosball.
The property is located in Torrance City and it is situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The house is also 8 minutes away to Redondo pier. Step away to all super market like Target, Ralphs, all restaurants and shopping mall.

Bedroom No 1: Master suite with connected master bath
Bedroom No 2: Queen bed
Bedroom No 3: 2 Full beds
Kitchen and Dining:
Stainless steel appliances
Fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table that can sit up to 8 guests
In the back yard, there is an out door dining table next to the BBQ grill.

Parkings:
1 car garage, driveways and street parking also available
Top Attractions:
- 3 minutes walking to Ralphs (supermarket)
- 5 minutes walking to Walmart and a lot of shopping store
- 3 minutes to Del Amo Fashion Center.
- 5 minutes to the Torrance Art Museum- 8 minutes to Redondo beach
- 20 minutes to LAX
Guest access
Guest has access to the whole house except the linen closet.
Other things to note
- Please note this is a family neighborhood so please do not disturb or cause trouble with neighbors
- This house is actually in Torrance and is close to the beach.
- Please be careful not to move the basketball to other place. Basketball may fall to neighbor houses.
- The house is very close to the ocean so there is always ocean breeze, we do have central AC in case it gets too hot.
- We are not refilling gas BBQ grill so you would have to bring the empty tank to Home Depot or Walmart to exchange due to our house keeper no longer doing this.
- Indoor fireplace is not available for use.
