Government-Issued ID Requirement
As this is a self-check-in property, we will not be able to verify your ID in person upon arrival. To complete your booking, we require a valid government-issued ID (Driver’s License or Passport) to be submitted as a scanned copy prior to your check-in day. This is a mandatory step to ensure the safety and security of all our guests.

Why do we need this? It’s a standard verification process to protect both you and our other guests. Your ID will be handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you have concerns or questions, feel free to ask.

Check-In & Check-Out Times

Respect for the Property and Neighbors
Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.Please remove your shoes upon entering the suite to preserve the floors.No parties or gatherings are allowed; only registered guests may enter the property.

Additional Guests
If there is a possibility of adding extra guests to your reservation, we will review your request upon contact. If accepted, additional charges will apply. Please reach out to inquire about availability.

Corporate Gatherings
Corporate gatherings can be hosted in our property, but prior approval from us is required before booking. Please contact us for details and availability.

No Smoking or Drug Use
Smoking and drug use are prohibited in the suite and within 9 meters of any doors or windows, in line with City of Montreal regulations.

No Pets Allowed

Care for Provided Amenities
Please leave all items (such as towels, linens, and other amenities) in the suite at the end of your stay.

Parking Pass Policy (3485 Saint Dominique Building)
Guests are responsible for returning the parking pass/permit at check-out. Failure to return the pass will result in a fine of $200 to cover the replacement and administrative costs.
