Right center of the summer festivals!! The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Surrounded by restaurants, activity areas that you can enjoy during your stay
This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips and family vacation.3 Bedroom apartment , 3 queen size bed for each room common area has a double sofa bed for extra 2 person
Max 8 people stay , 100% private space
1 step away from Formula event and center of street festivals in downtown
Building does not have PARKING:
There is street paid parking on Bishop st, also Concordia public parking within 2-3 min walking distance from our building, I recommend you to park at the public parking if you wont use your car much as you can get daily pass from them($20-$25 per day) , also if you would like to use street parking(-+$3 an hour), I highly recommend you to download the Montreal parking app it is called P$ Service Mobile. (You can park for 15 min in front of the building to unload your luggage)

Concordia LB Parking Garage / Public Parking Garage M168 / 1432 Crescent St Garage

By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these rules.
Government-Issued ID Requirement
As this is a self-check-in property, we will not be able to verify your ID in person upon arrival. To complete your booking, you must submit a valid government-issued ID (Driver’s License or Passport) as a scanned copy within 24 hours of receiving your booking confirmation. This step is mandatory to ensure the safety and security of all our guests.
Why do we need this?
It’s a standard verification process to protect both you and our other guests. Your ID will be handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
What happens if you don’t provide it?
If we do not receive your ID within the required 24-hour window, we will not be able to share your check-in instructions on the day of your arrival and your reservation may be canceled with no refund.
If you have any concerns or questions, feel free to reach out before finalizing your booking.
