Clean and well kept, great communication with owner. Pool is awesome, and will be back next time in the area again!

Great for families

House was charming and very clean. Decor was adorable and our kids loved the Mickey, Moana, and Mario themed rooms. We also loved the game room and pool. Kitchen was well-stocked with plates, cups, silverware, etc. and the ground coffee was especially appreciated. There were safety features on the back door to the pool, which was very helpful. Communication with property manager was great. We did experience issues with the gate code and clicker, and not having enough towels when we arrived, but the property manager was very helpful.

Davenport home

The home itself was very nice and comfortable for our family. It was very well stocked with pans, appliances and even had an airfryer! It was very clean inside and the patio area was pleasant. The difficulty in getting the hot tub warmed and jets working was frustrating because you have to ask the management to do this each time. Getting into the property at the gate was also very frustrating because the code pad was never working and when we emailed the management company about this they forgot to mention that we had a key card and we didn't realize that until the last day we were staying there.
