Situated mere steps from Oaklawn and only a mile and a half from historic Bath House Row this 3 bedroom home is the the perfect spot for a weekend at the races, or your week long vacation to enjoy all that the Hot Springs area has to offer. The fully upgraded home features hardwood floors throughout, a huge kitchen, and large bedrooms. There is an outside space to relax and grill after a long day of activity

PETS - we do allow dogs only (no cats), here are the rules

Furry Friends Welcome: Bring along your beloved dogs (no cats) to our Triple Crown Townhome! We love hosting your furry companions and provide everything you need to follow the rules.

Pet Pals Policy: You can bring up to two (2) well behaved pups. Please let us know who you are bringing so we can make the stay special for them too!

Wagging Tail Fees: There is an additional $50 per pet, per night fee. This is to cover the extra cleaning fee that goes directly to our cleaners as well as the pet products we provide to ensure you have everything you need to make your pups feel special.

Snuggle Guidelines: While we know pets love snuggling up, we kindly ask that they refrain from hopping on furniture or bedding. We want to keep everything paw-sitively perfect for all guests!

Size Matters: Dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted unless prior approval is obtained.

Leash Adventures: Enjoy exploring our beautiful surroundings together! Just remember to keep your pet on a leash in honor of our city leash laws.

Bark Responsibly: We're all about good vibes here, so please ensure your pet keeps the noise levels down to avoid any ruff situations with neighbors.

Clean Paws Club: SCOOP THAT POOP! Keep our grounds pristine by cleaning up after your pet and disposing of waste in designated areas.

Paws-on Supervision: While you're out exploring, make sure your furry friend is safely crated to avoid any solo escapades. No pups can be left uncrated in the home without adult supervision.

Share the Love: If any mishaps occur, don't fret! Just let us know, and we'll handle it with care and understanding.
