På första våningen finns 2 sovrum med queen size-sängar, ett badrum med badkar / dusch combo, ett vardagsrum, matsal, fullt utrustat kök och en hål. Den andra våningen har ett stort sovrum med 2 enkelsängar och ett badrum med dusch. Uteplats ligger bakom hemmet med en gasgrill. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare ligger på egendom. The Cottage is cozy, Very clean and well kept. Was close to all the sites we came to see. Debi is an awesome host. Recommend the cottage for this area.

Stay by the racetrack

This was a very nice property had all the amenities that we needed. Walking distance from Oaklawn Park horse track the house was decorated very nicely. Had a very nice patio to sit out on kitchen table, playing cards, eating. Nice sitting room in the back if you wanted to get away from the crowd and do some work or relax on your own, I would highly recommend this place beautiful place to stay. They have a really nice security system

Cutest Cottage

We had a great stay at the Spa City Cottage! The home was absolutely adorable and one of the cleanest AirB&B's I've ever stayed in! Very close to everything we wanted to do in Hot Springs. The host was excellent with quick communication any time I reached out!

Great Place to Stay!!!

We were there for my birthday and opening day at races, the cottage was close to track 2 min drive, could walk if you wanted to, cottage was clean and very cozy!!! I would stay again!!!

Derby Stay

This was the optimal place for a group of us to visit Hot Springs and attend the Arkansas Derby. Fully intend on staying here again

Beautiful house

We loved our stay. Beds were super comfortable. I would recommend coming in on E St Louis Avenue and not Laser to prevent people thinking the area is sketchy. It’s a gorgeous house and we felt completely safe. We would recommend it to anyone.

2023 Christmas in Hot Springs

Our host Debi was super responsive, kind, and perfect in every way, could not ask for better. The place was lovely, I would recommend this for your next stay in Hot Springs!
