1 minute drive to City Market, movie theater, and restaurants in town. 2 minutes to I-70. Enjoy watching the sunset over Buffalo Mountain on the porch.
The space
When you park at the condo complex, there is a short staircase to get down to the entrance. Then, you walk in to a shared mudroom perfect for leaving coats, shoes, and equipment. Open the second door to a staircase up to your third floor condo with mountain views. There is a double bed in the bedroom and the couch pulls out to a queen size mattress.

Laundry facilities are available in the condo complex but not in-unit.
Other things to note
Please note, the apartment decor may vary slightly from the pictures. The porch swings have been swapped for metal chairs. The bedroom has been painted white and the artwork has been removed. The workstation can be set up as a table for four. I am working on updating the photos.

This is a second-floor condo, accessible by a staircase within the unit. One parking pass is provided for a first come first serve parking lot for the condo complex.

The space is small and simple with sweeping mountain views for your Summit County getaway.
