Två sovrum ligger mindre än ett kvarter till sjön där det finns fiske och bad på sommaren. Helt ny badtunna i gården. Endast 5 kvarter till Silverthorne rekreationscenter där det finns sommartennis och volleyboll, samt en inomhuspool med rutschkana, ångbad och racketboll och basket.

Vintertid. Du är bara 15 minuter från Keystone eller Copper och 20 minuter till Breckenridge och 30 minuter till Vail. Observera att jag tillåter hundar men kräver en separat hundavsättning på $ 150. 00 för eventuella repor på möbler eller andra skador. Detta är 100 procent återbetalas till dig. Cozy getaway

Tucked away in Silverthorne, has everything you need, Brad is very nice and communicative, awesome views from the hot tub, and would definitely recommend.

Week Stay!!

Had a great week stay here at Brads! A group of four of us had plenty of room! Loved the hot tub after skiing all day! We liked the location as it is close to everything. Very clean, had everything you need to cook, and Brad is great with communication! I would recommend this place highly! House was warm and very accommodating.We will be back!

Perfect location and home base for Breck ski area

Well maintained. Warm. Inspiring. We needed a week to explore our choice of ski locations and dining/shopping.and this was perfect. This was a great value.

Great spot, enjoyed the hot tub

Listing accurately shows the place. Enjoyed our stay; the hot tub and location to the Blue River Trail were major perks. The beds are on the firm side. Plenty of towels. Great shower.

Me and my son stayed here for our annual ski trip. Place is very nice and very quiet. Great location. Hot tub was clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice stay, great value

Brad is an attentive host and was very welcoming. Nice place, perfect location for a ski trip. Hot tub was clean/well maintained. Master bed is very comfy, other mattress was a bit springy. Appreciated the well stocked kitchen appliances/tools. Would stay again and recommend to others. Thanks!

Hot tub was great once we got it running and it was a nice cozy place great for accessing the ski resorts in the area at a decent price.

Nice place to stay near skiing

Overall, I had a good stay at the unit. It is well located near anything you would need including restaurants, bars and grocery stores. Proximity to multiple ski mountains was a plus. As others have mentioned, the unit is a bit worn, but it was clean and as well maintained as it can be. The hot tub was also great for some after ski relaxation. Solid value for your money in a location that is generally more expensive.

Quiet location with great hot tub

Truly enjoyed our stay at this property! It is super close to everything but just far enough away from the highway to have an almost rural feel. LOVED the hot tub with a view, used it every day! Brad was very accommodating with our length of stay request and quick to reply when had a small issue with the TV service. Highly recommend!

Great place for a few days

Comfortable beds, hot shower and hot tub. It was a great place for us to stay for the week. It served its purpose. No washer and dryer so plan accordingly!

Great place to stay in Summit County with Pets

Very comfortable. Well stocked. Comfortable beds. Nice walking paths to pond and to river. Out of way location from Silverthorne / Dillion town center. Good access to stores and eateries. Comfortable for two plus two dogs. Nice hot tub

OK Stay

Property was as described, I had just hoped it would be a bit nicer. Not complaining, my expectations were a little higher than what we got. House was much older and well used than I had anticipated. In much need of a total remodel to make it more attractive. The owner is very responsive, and there is a tenant in the other part of the house to answer questions if needed. The hot tub is the nicest part of this property, we did enjoy that. Overall I was very unhappy with the condition of the house, but that was of my making. You get what you pay for.

I grew up in Switzerland and France and also lived in Mexico so I speak French, Spanish and some Italian. Currently I am a full time tour guide for the Denver area and the mountains and I would live to answer any questions you may have about what there is to do in the mountains whether it is summer, fall, winter or spring.

I currently live in Denver and enjoy the mountains when I can.

Varför värden valde detta boende

I bought this property because it right by a small beautiful lake and river. Since I grew up in the French and Swiss Alps I always wanted to live part time in the mountains. This is my opportunity to rent a cozy place to travellers and use it occasionaly myself.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Close to lake, private hot tub in front yard and very close to an incredible recreation center with outdoor tennis courts and sand volleyball courts as well as indoor pool and slides and racket ball. I have a yard for a dog and right outside the courtyard there is plenty of paths to walk the dogs around the lake and Blue River.
