Penticton

A few friends and I stayed here, there was tons of space at the dinner table and the dogs were so happy with the yard. Super close to town and Tina was lovely - made the entire process super smooth! Our dogs loved the souvenirs Tina gifted them.

Great location and spacious!

We were surprised how much space was in this property and how well laid out it was for our family after booking last minute. Tina was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. Great location and we were able to bike to almost everywhere in town.

A beautiful sanctuary in the middle of the city!

Tina was absolutely lovely to deal with and her place if wonderful! Great kitchen, comfy living room and bedrooms and the backyard was a verdant oasis! The central AC also kept the house at a very comfortable temperature.

Great location.

Location is awesome. Walking distance to the downtown and beach. House is a primary residence and as such is decorated accordingly. It is a comfortable place to spend time.

Great spot in Penticton

We had a great stay at Tina’s place in Penticton. The house was nice and clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. It’s approx 20 min walk to the beach/lake and about 5-10 min walk from lovely restaurants. We spent the weekend road biking and wine tasting and this place was a great base.. Tina was very attentive and responsive at all stages. Would def recommend

This place is excellent!

The photos do not do this property justice! It is charming, tastefully decorated, spacious, outfitted with everything you will need. It is truly a home away from home. We were a party of three adults and there was enough room for us, our vehicle and 3 bikes. The kitchen was excellent, living room was cozy and there is a huge dining room as well as a yard with tables and chairs (and BBQ) The location was close to downtown and the highway. We felt extremely comfortable and safe here. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom worked great. The coffee maker is standard drip and there are basket style filters provided. 5 stars if you love homey, convenient and comfortable. Our host was an excellent communicator and was very flexible with our needs. Thank you, we will be back!

This house worked well for our needs.

We had a great week in the Okanagan staying at this house. Beds are adequate, and there is plenty of room for 4 people. It is very comfortable, with good seating indoors and out. the location is great for getting to the community centre and downtown.

Weekend golf getaway

Great Location for Summer Vacation In Penticton

Cute clean little air conditioned home that accommodated the six of us. It does only have one bathroom but we made it work. Kitchen had all the small and large appliances and cooking utensils we needed for meals and entertaining and the BBQ was a bonus for cooking on those hot days. The location was perfect as it was within 10 minute walking distance of downtown and the beaches at Okanagan Lake. Easy access to Kettle Valley pathway for cycling. The owner was easily accessible to answer any questions we had. Made our family reunion a relaxing and fun stay. We would definitely rent this home again if we needed a place to stay in Penticton.

Wonderful Home, Excellent Location

Hello, My wife and I stayed at this home in Penticton and loved the home and location. It was wonderful to be able to sit in the back yard and enjoy a beverage. We rode the Kettle Valley Railway (KVR) trail up towards Naramata one day, went to Skaha lake beach, and rode the KVR to Summerland the next day. We also walked the short distance to downtown and enjoyed wine and food at the Time winery. We had a wonderful, relaxing weekend. Thank you. Heather and Michael

Great spot for families

We stayed here the first week of July 2012 and had a lovely time. We have four kids and a dog. We emailed to ask if our dog could stay with us (a Newfoundland, so very quiet and gentle) and the owner kindly agreed. The house is in a modest, well-kept neighbourhood just outside of downtown so everything is close by, yet it's quiet at night. It was spacious enough for the six of us (we didn't spend a lot of time inside anyway); it's tastefully furnished; the kitchen is large and well-equipped; the yard is fenced in, and there was just enough room in the garage to store our kids' bikes. On the really hot days, the air conditioning was very welcome. This was so much better than a hotel, and we found the price very reasonable. We had a wonderful time, did our best to take care of the home, and definitely plan to return. The only caution is that the room with the futon can get quite stuffy if the doors at both ends are left closed during the day. So don't do that, and you should have a wonderful stay.
