This single-level mid-century house features three bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with a queen, and one with two twin bunks (four twins total). The whole family will be super cozy after a day of exploring. The well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances is perfect for preparing meals and snacks. There is a formal dining area, but also a casual dining area off the kitchen complete with a comfortable sofa.

You'll be approximately 15 minutes' drive to Mission Beach, Sea World, and Downtown, with an even shorter drive to the world famous San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park. Coronado Island with its iconic sandy beaches is about 25 minutes by car. Legoland is less than 30 miles away and about 40 minutes' drive. Everything is within reach!

After a day of adventure, unwind in the living room with a good book or enjoy a family movie night on the 66" TV. The attached (and enclosed) veranda is perfect for game night or a round of Foosball while taking in the evening breeze. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
