This home with guest house features an incredible and breathtaking city views from every room. It has its unique blend of rustic charm, modern amenities for a luxurious lifestyle, a hint of Spain, and an unbeatable prime location. Within close proximity to Hollywood's best restaurants, entertainment and nightlife venues, and the entrance to Runyon Canyon!
This luxury home epitomizes the Hollywood living, combining the sophistication of the interior and comfort. Arched walkways, high-end chandeliers, and unique views through floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies almost everywhere you look!
Unmissable panoramic views and top-of-the-line amenities are just a few of the amenities available at this exclusive gated hip retreat. Perfect backdrop for a work & play getaway with the family, or spending time with friends who feel like family. It'd make for a great offsite retreat among workmates as well!
The light drenched living room is spacious and it boast 180-degree views from private terraces. It has plenty of light and flows together to create a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The sofa bed is comfy, so you can curl up with a good movie or board game. There is also a 65" Smart TV where you can watch a movie or watch a sports game!
For those nights you want to stay and cook, we have a swanky chef’s fully equipped kitchen that is an ideal spot to cook a full-course meal for the entire gathering. The kitchen leads to a proper formal dining room with French doors leading to a large patio overlooking the LA skyline.
After a full day of adventure outside, make your way into our bedrooms. The master bedroom upstairs features a king-sized bed, wood beamed vaulted ceiling, a captivating fireplace, and a striking scene of the Hollywood Sign from your bed and the balcony. The beautiful ensuite bathroom has a separate vanity, beautifully tiled bath with soakers-tub and separate shower.
In the same floor, there is a full bathroom and the 2nd bedroom with a king-sized bed.
Downstairs is the 3rd bedroom that has a queen-sized bed, a full bathroom, laundry room, and the formal entrance.
The ground floor features a large bedroom with 2 queen-sized beds, common half bathroom and a sectional sofa for more sleeping space!
For those who are working while here, there is a dedicated workspace setup with a desk and chair for you to use and a high-speed WiFi!
An ensuite washer and dryer and 3 parking spaces are all provided during your stay!
Your oasis awaits, enjoy a vacation to the Mediterranean in Hollywood Hills!
