This cozy 2 BR abode has a vibrant style that will make you feel right at home! Located just 5 minutes south of Downtown Des Moines in a quaint established neighborhood, here you will have both the convenience of everything you want to do being close by, but the quiet reprieve you desire at the end of the day.

We are within a few miles distance from world class breweries, bars, restaurants, Wells Fargo Arena, the Civic Center, and miles of walking and biking trails surrounding Gray's Lake!
The space
Our home features a newly renovated space featuring a full kitchen with all of the amenities, a full bath with a bathtub and a shower, 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with a queen, an unfinished basement set up with tv area, yoga area, and kid's play area as well as a laundry room and second tuck under stairs bathroom. We also provide a self inflating queen sized air mattress to accommodate 2 additional guests.

Our sunroom is filled with live plants and has a cheerful and colorful vibe, somewhere you will love to come home to at the end of the day as well as curl up with a hot cup of coffee in the morning.

The backyard boasts a wonderful oasis of lush green plants and huge oak trees where you'll love to spend time, soaking up a bit of peaceful nature right in the middle of the city. We have string lights set up on a timer in the front yard as well as back for your extra special touch of nighttime ambiance.
