Vi bor 10 minuter bort om du behöver något extra. Bensinstationer, stormarknader, biografer, många restauranger, parker och mycket mer allt inom några minuter. Enkel åtkomst till flygplatsen.
3 parkeringsplatser på körvägen. Garage och källare används för ägarens lagringsändamål.

Family Gathering

Family came from out of state to gather for a funeral. This was a perfect place for many to get together. Location is close to interstate and highways to make it easy to get around.

Family reunion

Urbandale stay

This is a perfect house for a group get away. Lots of open sitting areas for a big group. The kitchen table was large enough for 7-8 people to sit at to eat and play games. We had a great time!

Out of towners

Nice place to stay in a residential neighborhood. If you have events or family coming to the area this house is a perfect place to stay. With 4 good size bedrooms we had plenty of room (4 adults and 2 young children). We had all the instructions we needed for a 2 night stay while attending a high school graduation.

Great house in the DesMoines suburbs

The house is as described in a suburban development. If you're looking for a place in a quiet residential neighborhood, this is it. We were meeting friends in town for a wedding and just wanted a place to stay together, this was 10 minutes from the venue, so it was great for us.

Quality home

This was a great place. There is a good amount of space downstairs and the bedrooms upstairs were nice and roomy. The price seems a bit high for just one night but you get a lot of house for the cost. The neighborhood is a safe suburb and getting ahold of the host was fast and convenient

Nice place in a nice neighborhood. The only thing I’d like to mention- the listing states 1 king bed and 3 queen beds, one bedroom had a full size that was very tight for the couple in that room. Otherwise great place to stay. Thanks

Birthday celebration

This property is in a nice neighborhood with trails and a park nearby. The house is comfortable with plenty of space for 8 people. I wished the deck had been a place we could have sat outside on but it was too dangerous, 2 boards are completely broken with nails sticking out. The beds were comfy but the blue kids bedroom has a water leak/mold on the ceiling. Other then some tweaks we would stay here again.

Attending a wedding nearby.

Discovering there was o downstairs bedroom wads very disopointing, We trusted the statment in the owner's discription that there was a downstairs bedroom was a deciding factor is choosing the residence, One person in our group could not make the stairs and when we looked to find bedding to make up a couch there were no sheets available. Light bulbs that need replacing were: Above the kitchen sink, in front bedroom. The toilet in the upstairs bathroom does not shut off after flushing. Kitchen needs dishcloth, scrubbers for pans. and aluminum foil. The pans were a delight to use for cooking breakfast Sunday morning.

Death in family

Death in the family precluded us from staying there. We asked to slide our stay 3 days even though it wasn’t rented and we were in constant contact with the owners. They said we could pay for the next 3 days but they would not be able to accommodate us as business is business whether it was rented or not. Very sad. I did not want to leave a star review but the software makes me put a star review in to leave any comments.

Reunion Overnight

We hate to say anything less than positive about a home, but we would not stay here again, nor would we recommend the property to families with children or the elderly. Though 2 sets of handrails have been installed the stairway that leads to the four upstairs bedrooms is very steep and feels pitched, our elderly member had to sleep on the downstairs couch. The second story deck is in need of a rebuild as it has extensive wood rot, exposed screws, splinters, and one of the railings is rickety. Some of the sidewalk and drive cement is cracked, lifted, and tilted causing a tripping hazard.The bathrooms could use a thorough deep cleaning, the toilet lids were stained, the bath mats and floor dirty. The furnishings seemed to be second hand, the top of the electric stove was so marred with scratches we were surprised it worked, the oven window obscured was with grunge. A similar almost identical review was written about a year ago. Pluses to the home, spacious master, clean sheets and towels, quiet fans, good water pressure and ac, nice couches, good neighborhood, convenient location, fenced in yard. Has potential.

Ladies Get Away for A Concert in Des Moines

Three friends and I attended the Chris Botti concert at Hoyt Sherman Place on March 8th, which was fantastic! I chose the Cozy Home VRBO based on the location, price, and number of bedrooms and baths. The Cozy Home was precisely that. All the furnishings were more than comfortable. I would stay here again.
