4 bäddar. 2. 5 bad. Rena välmöblerade hem med två våningar med enkel åtkomst till Hwy 235 och I-80/35. Minuter från både Jordan Creek och Valley West gallerior. Direkt 15-minuters tillgång till centrala Des Moines. Säker och mysig modern stadsdel.
Vi bor 10 minuter bort om du behöver något extra. Bensinstationer, stormarknader, biografer, många restauranger, parker och mycket mer allt inom några minuter. Enkel åtkomst till flygplatsen.
3 parkeringsplatser på körvägen. Garage och källare används för ägarens lagringsändamål.

Great place for golf weekend

Great rental

House was clean, appeared as listed, very nice fenced in yard that was greatly appreciated. Checking in was easy. Beautiful neighborhood, great location. Would highly recommend to others.

Family reunion

Our family came from four states to gather, so four bedrooms was very convenient. It was a beautiful weekend so we were able to enjoy time on the deck. Joy was a good host and easy to contact. Great location for our needs.

Great house in the DesMoines suburbs

The house is as described in a suburban development. If you're looking for a place in a quiet residential neighborhood, this is it. We were meeting friends in town for a wedding and just wanted a place to stay together, this was 10 minutes from the venue, so it was great for us.

Quality home

This was a great place. There is a good amount of space downstairs and the bedrooms upstairs were nice and roomy. The price seems a bit high for just one night but you get a lot of house for the cost. The neighborhood is a safe suburb and getting ahold of the host was fast and convenient

Our son got married at the Living History Farm so the location of the house was ideal. The neighborhood was very quiet.The size was adequate for our needs. Beds were very comfortable. Decor was minimal. Furnishing and home was showing some wear and rear. The daily rental was fair for quality of the home.

No frills stay

This house is great if you’re looking for a safe, quick stay. Nothing fancy here. Was very easy to get in the house. Communication with the owner was fine and she allowed my request to check in an hour early.

Exactly the right house for our families quick one night stay in Iowa. We were all traveling in from different states for our nephew/grandson/cousin’s wedding in nearby Johnston. The house had what we needed (2 coffee makers-1 keurig, 1 carafe style, plenty of towels, fridge was on and cold when we arrived), the check in and check out process was simple and straightforward. The beds are memory foam and a bit hard for my liking, but others in the group said they liked it. House was clean, if a bit worn. Overall very happy that it fit our needs for this special weekend!

My daughter lives in Denver and was coming back for a bridal shower. We had family flying in from out town and this was a perfect place to stay and have the shower. Great neighbors! Had a wonderful stay!

Ladies Get Away for A Concert in Des Moines

Three friends and I attended the Chris Botti concert at Hoyt Sherman Place on March 8th, which was fantastic! I chose the Cozy Home VRBO based on the location, price, and number of bedrooms and baths. The Cozy Home was precisely that. All the furnishings were more than comfortable. I would stay here again.

Attending a wedding nearby.

Discovering there was o downstairs bedroom wads very disopointing, We trusted the statment in the owner's discription that there was a downstairs bedroom was a deciding factor is choosing the residence, One person in our group could not make the stairs and when we looked to find bedding to make up a couch there were no sheets available. Light bulbs that need replacing were: Above the kitchen sink, in front bedroom. The toilet in the upstairs bathroom does not shut off after flushing. Kitchen needs dishcloth, scrubbers for pans. and aluminum foil. The pans were a delight to use for cooking breakfast Sunday morning.

Family Gathering

Family came from out of state to gather for a funeral. This was a perfect place for many to get together. Location is close to interstate and highways to make it easy to get around.
