Upon arrival, guests can park in the garage to unload and use the interior entrance from the garage to reach the unit entry foyer. Taking the steps to the 1st level of the home places guests in the hallway with the 1st level queen bedroom and lavatory to the right, and the kitchen, living, and dining to the left. At the 2nd level landing, guests are positioned in the center of another hallway with the laundry room directly ahead, the king suite to the right, and the second full bathroom just before the remaining two queen bedrooms to the left.

With two and a half bathrooms, everyone will have ample space to refresh after a day of sun-soaked adventures. An optional amenities package is available for $150 through Beach Home Services for your convenience. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwashing supplies. Items will be individually wrapped inside grey plastic storage totes and orange dry-cleaning bags and located near the unit’s entry upon your arrival. Tenants will need to bring Extra Blankets and Pillows for Sleeping (just in case), Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels.
