Beautiful Beach Block 3 Level Townhouse. It is with great pride that we are offering our Beach Block Townhouse for your family vacationing pleasure, complete with free wireless Internet and digital cable throughout.

As you enter the townhouse you are greeted by beautiful hardwood floors.
The first floor features a bedroom which was furnished with a daybed plus trundle so it can be used for sleeping and also a place to send the kids to play video game or to watch movies along with a private bath featuring a beautifully tiled shower. There is also convenient access to the garage from the first floor. The second floor features hardwood floors throughout, a fully stocked kitchen with maple cabinets, granite countertops, tumbled marble backsplashes, stainless steel appliances and a counter height table with seating for 7. There is also a round table with additional seating for 4. A beautifully decorated living room with a large LCD TV and a fully tiled fireplace, a queen sized sofa bed, two leather cigar chairs and a comfortable sitting area. The living room sliding glass doors leads you to a private deck which offers you ocean views and sea breezes. A half bath and a separate laundry room with full sized washer and dryer completes this floor. The third floor features a master bedroom complete with a king sized poster bed and offers access to a second private deck where you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets and ocean views. There is even enough room for a crib if needed. Next to the master bedroom there is a beautifully decorated master bath complete with a refreshing shower. Then onto the surf room which has navy blue bunk beds along with a trundle underneath. There is a beach themed kids bath complete with a full bath tub for those fun bubble baths. Last but not least there is yet another bedroom complete with a queen sized poster bed. All bedrooms have LCD tvs . Our 2nd bedroom offers 1 bunk with a trundle to make sleeping comfortable for 3 and our 4th bedroom has a daybed and trundle and can serve as a den or a bedroom. There are lovely sea inspired touches throughout making this truly a beach getaway.

Free beach access. Located on beach block. Great boardwalk complete with amusement piers, shops and the ever famous tram car. We have provided a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Our townhouse contains fire sprinkler system.

There is off street parking for 3 cars.
