Kelso Beach Rentals has been providing quality private cottage rentals along Lake Erie since 1994. Erie is Pennsylvania’s fourth largest city and is located on beautiful Presque Isle Bay. The bay is one of the world’s best protected harbors, surrounded by a seven mile peninsula which is a state park known as Presque Isle State Park. The park boasts amenities such as seven miles of public, guarded beaches, rollerblading trails, boat rentals, biking and hiking in a 3,200 acre natural wildlife preserve and park. All of our cottages are located within a 15 mile radius of Presque Isle State Park.

We offer accommodations throughout the Lake Erie region.

The beach houses, beach apartments, and cottages have furnished kitchens, TV’s, pillows, and blankets.

**Pet Policy for Airbnb Rental**

**Welcome Pet Owners!**
Our Airbnb is happy to host you and your furry family members. To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following pet policy:

**1. Types and Size of Pets Allowed:**
- We welcome small dogs weighing up to 20 pounds.
- A maximum of two small dogs per booking is allowed.

**2. Pre-Approval for Pets:**
- All guests planning to bring dogs must notify us at the time of booking.
- Please provide details about your pet, including breed, age, and weight.

**3. Pet Fees:**
- A non-refundable pet fee of $50 per pet is required.
- This fee covers the additional cleaning required and ensures the comfort of future guests.

**4. Pet Behavior:**
- Pets must be well-behaved and house-trained.
- Excessive noise, such as continuous barking, is not permissible as it may disturb neighbors or other guests.

**5. Responsibility for Pet Waste:**
- Guests are responsible for the proper disposal of pet waste.
- Please use designated pet waste disposal areas or bags provided.

**6. Pet Supervision:**
- Pets should not be left unattended in the property at any time.
- For the safety of your pet and the preservation of our home, please crate your pet if they must be left alone momentarily.

**7. Damage Responsibility:**
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.
- A pre-authorization deposit of $200 will be held for potential damages. This deposit is refundable post-inspection at checkout.

**8. Areas Off-Limits to Pets:**
- Pets are not allowed on furniture including beds and sofas.
- Specific areas such as swimming pools or certain outdoor areas may be off-limits to pets. These will be clearly marked.

**9. Special Requests and Exceptions:**
- If you have pets other than small dogs, or if you have any special requests or needs, please discuss them with us in advance. We are open to accommodation on a case-by-case basis, pending approval.

**10. Violation of Pet Policy:**
- Failure to comply with this pet policy may result in additional charges or, in severe cases, may require you to find alternative accommodations for your pet or vacate the property.
- Additional cleaning fees of up to $250 may apply if pet waste or excessive pet hair is found in the home.

* 1-2 small dogs allowed. Please let us know if you plan to bring your fur babies by adding them to your reservation. We charge a modest $50 pet fee to cover additional cleaning. Dogs must be crated if left unattended. Please no not allow dogs on the beds or any furniture. Please pick up after your dog in the yard.
* We know that life happens and we highly recommend TRAVEL INSURANCE if you need to cancel outside of the free cancellation window. Airbnb offers travel insurance at checkout or you are welcome to purchase your own!
