Located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood in Erie, PA. There is a public pavilion and beach- full of beach glass- a brisk walk away, at the corner of Lakeside and Chautauqua Blvd. WITH CAUTION: This property sits 60’ above Lake Erie. While it makes for incredible views, visitors must be aware that there is no fence or railing along the bluff. Children should not be left unattended in back yard.



MAX GUESTS: This home is equipped to serve 6 guests comfortably. Extra accommodations are often available (comfy queen air mattress, etc), please contact host prior to your visit. Parking for 2 vehicles at the house.

Please respect the neighborhood and practice quiet time beginning at 10 pm. No smoking, vaping, pets or illegal activity - $500 fee.
