Fairplay Beach is a small pond fed by the middle fork of the South Platte River and offers a great place to enjoy the Rockies’ natural beauty. Other must-visit attractions include the South Park City Museum, Magnolia Mill, Como Roundhouse, Quandary Peak Trailhead, Breckenridge Ski Resort, Keystone Resort, and Copper Mountain.

As you enter this charming abode, you will discover a bright and modern open floor plan with wooden accents throughout that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. The inviting living room is all about guests' comfort with cozy recliners and armchairs - spread out comfortably and prepare for an entertaining evening streaming your favorite shows and series on the smart TV. The open kitchen features gorgeous hickory cabinets and all-black appliances to prepare the most delicious homemade meals for your crew. The main bedroom enjoys a spacious walk-in closet, a desk, and a luxe en suite bathroom with a shower and a separate jetted tub. Additional perks include a washer/dryer and a gas grill.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
