Våra kortfristiga hyror är inriktade på dem som behöver hålla sig till en budget men ändå vill njuta av den extra storleken och bekvämligheterna för ett komplett fritidshus såväl som det bekväma läget och den privata, välskötta miljön på ett hotell. Börjar på Motel 6-priser, till och med våra dyraste priser är halva startfrekvensen för ett enda sovrum och badrum på Hilton intill, men ändå med två till tre gånger utrymmet! Vi strävar efter att ge gästerna ett stort värde och erbjuder både överkomliga priser och bekvämligheten med ett hem i full storlek i ett trevligt gated community. Gästerna får en brevlådesnyckel vid incheckningen, så de här i flera veckor eller månader kan ha deras USPS-post tillfälligt vidarebefordras direkt till ortsmailhytten bara några meter bort; Amazon, UPS och FedEx paket kommer att levereras direkt till din dörr. Till skillnad från de andra här erbjuder alla våra hyror incheckning med full service med en representant för att hälsa dig på plats och för att möta alla behov som kan uppstå. Pointe Resort är ett gated community beläget i North Phoenix cirka 10 mil nordost om centrum och ligger intill Pointe Hilton Resort på Tapatio Cliffs. Anläggningen innehåller tre poolområden med badtunnor, toaletter, grillar och duschar samt tennis- och basketplaner på plats. Alla pooler och spa är temperaturkontrollerade, öppna och simningsbara 24/7/365, och de som stannar längre tid kan ha sin post bekvämt levererad till en av poststugorna här på plats. Amazon, UPS och FedEx paket kommer att levereras till din dörr.

I närheten ligger North Mountain Preserve där det finns många vandrings- och cykelleder. Tio golfbanor ligger inom en sju mils radie, börjar med Lookout Mountain intill vårt norr. Den närmaste stora stormarknaden ligger mindre än en mil bort för alla dina livsmedelsbehov för att fylla i ditt kök. Det finns fyra stora inomhus / utomhus köpcentra inom 5 miles, förutom många kedjebutiker och restauranger inom 2 miles eller mindre, men detta gated community är en virtuell dold oas för lugn avkoppling. Det centraliserade läget i North Phoenix-området ger en bekväm hemmabas med enkel åtkomst till alla destinationer, platser och anläggningar i både östra och västra dalarna, och det är inom några timmars köravstånd till Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, San Diego och Rocky Point, Mexiko. Excellent communication

This was a nice place to stay. Nice community. We appreciated promptness of property manager. Unit could use a deep cleaning and better kitchen accessories, but we overall enjoyed our stay.

What more can you ask for after a long week of hot summer youth baseball, Being able to escape the hot sun into a nice cool, comfortable home with ask the amenities you can ask for. Perfect for a family or multiple families, highly recommend you will not be disappointed

Pointe Resort at Tapstio

Loved the unit we stayed in. Very clean and modernized. Had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. All the necessities in the kitchen that we would ever need. Location was awesome! Pools were great! Convenient to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice complex in convenient location

This place was perfect for us. Centrally located near lots of restaurants and shopping. Convenient for getting around the city and to/from airport. We especially liked the spacious, uncluttered layout and furnishings of this unit. It was very clean and updated. All of the rooms are sizable including kitchen, baths, laundry, and patio area. We also enjoyed the amenities; three pool/spa/bbq areas. The complex was quiet and beautifully landscaped. There are several stores nearby for stocking up on food, toiletries, and household items. Because we only stayed for a week, we were glad that we brought our own toiletries as well as other supplies we typically use when we travel. Dionne and Steve were friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous Place to Stay - Easy to Airport

Perfect place to stay for a AZ vacation. Gated community. Cheaper than a hotel. Nice, manicured area. Comfortable. We went to the Desert Botanical Gardens, The Phoenix Zoo, the Grand Canyon and to Old Town Scottsdale. The swimming pool was wonderfully refreshing. I also loved the fountains on the property. Very Relaxing.

The condo was beautiful and spacious and perfect for our family.

When we arrived at the condo entrance it was so beautiful with flowers and beautiful bushes. Very inviting. Once we got inside the gate, our condo was right there close and we walked just a little ways to get in. We struggled a little bit opening the door because the directions we were given weren't clear, but we figured it out. We called Dionne and she was very, very nice and helpful. First impression of the condo was very clean and nice. It is simply furnished, but homey and comfortable. There was plenty of room for all of our needs and extra storage space to boot! The wi-fi also worked well which our teenager appreciated. All of the dishes, appliances, utensils, etc. were all provided and worked great for what we needed. Only a couple things that could be improved: provide swimming pool towels, check the bed pillows because they were not comfortable for us, leave a detailed explanation about the wifi, how to get into the condo and so forth. Oh, and online it mentioned some help with golfing fees and food shopping but we never heard anything about that. Those were little things that could be easily fixed. We LOVED our stay and will definitely be returning!

Nice area and good rooms

The gated community area of this property is very nice and easy to reach and quite. The rooms are also very nice and mainly clean (only when we arrived the living room and kitchen tables and floor and also kitchen counter were very dusty and had to be cleaned first.) Parkling lot was directly infront of the condo.

The Pointe Resort is a gated community surrounded by mountain views centrally located in North Central Phoenix about 10 miles Northeast of downtown, adjacent to the Pointe Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs. The complex contains three pool complexes each with hot tubs, restrooms, grills and showers, as well as on-site tennis and basketball courts. All pools and spas are temperature-controlled, open and swimmable 24/7/365! It's just a short 1/2 mile walk to hiking trails at North Mountain. Those staying for longer durations may have their mail conveniently delivered to one of the mail huts here on site. UPS and FedEx packages will be delivered to your door. All our properties feature free WiFi.

Nearby is the North Mountain Preserve where there are numerous hiking and biking trails. Ten golf courses are within a seven mile radius, starting with Lookout Mountain next door to our north. The nearest major supermarket is less than a mile away and there are three major supermarket chains within just 2 miles for all your grocery needs to stock up your kitchen. There are four major indoor/outdoor shopping malls within 5 miles, in addition to many chain stores and restaurants within 2 miles or less, yet this gated community is a virtual hidden oasis for tranquil relaxation. The centralized location within the North Phoenix area provides a convenient home base with easy access to all the destinations, sites and establishments in both the East and West Valleys, and it's within a few hours driving distance to the Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, San Diego and Rocky Point, Mexico. Overall a great vacation retreat for couples, families and golf enthusiasts!
