En av de största enheterna i Point Tapatio. Fabulous två nivå, 1337 kvadratmeter lägenhet med fantastisk utsikt över poolen. Enheten innehåller 2 sovrum, 2 BA, Loft, och en 20 fot välvt tak i vardagsrummet. Dessa lägenheter ligger på de två övre våningarna i en 3 berättelse komplex, och är mycket tyst. Inkluderar 3 uteplatser med utsikt över poolen, badtunna och bergen i bakgrunden. Allt hålls ren och mycket rena.

Enheten har helt byggts med granit counter-tops, nya sängkläder, sängkläder, tillbehör för köket och helt nya möbler. Pointe Resort är en gated community resort ligger i North Phoenix ca 10 miles NO om down town Phoenix intill Pointe Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs. Komplexet har 3 pooler, 3 spa och tennis- och basketplaner. I närheten ligger Norra berget Bevara där det finns många vandrings- och cykelleder. Tio golfbanor finns inom en 7 mils radie. Den central plats inom North Phoenix område ger en bekväm bas för hela dalen har att erbjuda. Bra semesterort för par, familjer och golfentusiaster. We had a wonderful stay at this Phoenix condo! The unit was very clean, comfortable, and felt just like home. There was plenty of space and the furniture was both stylish and cozy. The kitchen was absolutely amazing—well-equipped and a joy to use.One highlight of our trip was how kind and accommodating the staff were. We accidentally left something behind, and the cleaning lady went out of her way to mail it back to us, which we truly appreciated.The property itself offered great amenities—the swimming pool and hot tub were a big plus after long days out. The location was also excellent, close to restaurants, grocery stores, and other conveniences.Overall, this condo provided everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Wonderful place to spend our first time to Phoenix ! Initially we did have trouble finding the building and parking space (found ourselves confused as it can be hard to see the building numbers) however we phoned the number provided and Dion was outstanding at meeting us where we were and brought us to the unit! What a delightful welcome! The condo had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of towels, linens and even toiletries/laundry detergent! Highly recommend this listing and will definitely consider future stays.

Fabulous Phoenix Stay!

My friend/coworker and I traveled to Phoenix for our annual educational conference and stayed in this beautiful 2- story condo. The condo was comfortable (despite the 110 degree outside temperatures), well-furnished, clean, & in an ideal location for us to travel back & forth to the convention center. It was conveniently located near restaurants & groceries. We loved the pool, too! Our host was very responsive to our questions and provided a quick resolution to our needs. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Tracy!

Fantastic stay- will be back!

Our stay at this property was fantastic! The home was stunning, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing experience. The kitchen was especially impressive, with all the essentials and extras for cooking, making meal preparation a breeze. The host’s attention to detail and thoughtful touches throughout the house truly made it feel like a home away from home. We highly recommend this property and would love to return in the future!

Perfect location and very comfortable stay!

My husband and I love this complex because it's so convenient in its location to North Mountain for hiking and restaurants, as well as the tennis court/pickleball court on site. This VRBO was equipped with everything we could possible need! The beds were very comfortable, towels were very plush and the condo was beautiful and clean. In just a few steps was a wonderful pool and hot tub for our use. We wished we had more time to stay! We will definitely want to stay here again for our next trip to Phoenix, AZ.

Great stay!

We had a fun vacation! The place was clean and the pool was great. There were lots of things provided that we were able to use, like tennis rackets and a pool float. There was a mixup at check-in but it was resolved quickly. The neighborhood is probably the only real con but because it’s in a gated community, it wasn’t a big problem.

Lovely long family weekend

Centrally Located and perfect

This condo is centrally located to enjoy the entire Phoenix area. 5 mins from the 51 Hwy get you anywhere you need to go. Close to wonderful local restaurants, Close to beautiful hiking trails, we took advantage the proximity to North Mountrain. The Condo was perfect size for our requirements. It was Clean and well equipped. TV's in evry room. Steps from the pool area. All in all fantastic. Lastly Tracy our host was accomindating and communicative through our entire stay.

Phoenix trip

The unit was well kept and newly remodeled. It was in a perfect location for our activities. The pool is right in front of the unit and and never busy. The host answered the few questions we had very promptly. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to visit our son and his family.

Nice Condo

The air conditioner did a decent job of keeping condo cool to 74 degrees. Very quiet location with designated parking place. The condo was over 90 degrees when we arrived and took all night to cool the place down. There is one restaurant “Scramble” which was about a mile away otherwise everything else was 10-15” drive. Little Miss BBQ great place to eat! Hot tub was not operating and pool at times looked like it needed to be cleaned. Clean BBQ at poolside which was very nice to grill on. We only used half of the condo on the first level but there is a king size bed/bathroom and daybed on second level. Numerous stairs to get to the condo and impossible to find without the help of the kind local contact person. She was very helpful in showing us where the condo was and gave us a brief orientation to the place. The laminate floor needs to be cleaned but other than that it appears to be taken care of.

Great Unit

We came to Phoenix for a family wedding and enjoyed this property and unit. Tracy is phenomenal! When we landed in Phoenix she had sent me an email letting me know the pools were going to be closed the next due and refunded 1 night stay. That was very gracious of her and continued to provide feedback as to when they would be open. This unit has everything, spices, toiletries, etc. if you forget something, wait to buy it because it’s probably already at the unit. Pools were nice and it is a gated community as well so we felt very safe.

You won’t be disappointed

From the moment we checked in and communicated with Tracy our stay went by without any problems. The condo had everything we needed for our 9 day stay. The unit was very comfortable, right from our morning coffee overlooking the pool, the time spent at the pool and even relaxing in the evening which made every aspect of our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this VRBO in terms of cleanliness, comfort and the secure gated location.
