En av de största enheterna i Point Tapatio. Fabulous två nivå, 1337 kvadratmeter lägenhet med fantastisk utsikt över poolen. Enheten innehåller 2 sovrum, 2 BA, Loft, och en 20 fot välvt tak i vardagsrummet. Dessa lägenheter ligger på de två övre våningarna i en 3 berättelse komplex, och är mycket tyst. Inkluderar 3 uteplatser med utsikt över poolen, badtunna och bergen i bakgrunden. Allt hålls ren och mycket rena.

Enheten har helt byggts med granit counter-tops, nya sängkläder, sängkläder, tillbehör för köket och helt nya möbler. Enheten kan bekvämt sova upp till 6 med en California king i sovrummet, en drottning säng i det andra sovrummet, samt en rulla säng i nivå 2 loft som kan omvandlas till två enkelsängar.

Pointe Resort är en gated community resort ligger i North Phoenix ca 10 miles NO om down town Phoenix intill Pointe Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs. Komplexet har 3 pooler, 3 spa och tennis- och basketplaner. I närheten ligger Norra berget Bevara där det finns många vandrings- och cykelleder. Tio golfbanor finns inom en 7 mils radie. Den central plats inom North Phoenix område ger en bekväm bas för hela dalen har att erbjuda. Bra semesterort för par, familjer och golfentusiaster. Wonderful place to spend our first time to Phoenix ! Initially we did have trouble finding the building and parking space (found ourselves confused as it can be hard to see the building numbers) however we phoned the number provided and Dion was outstanding at meeting us where we were and brought us to the unit! What a delightful welcome! The condo had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of towels, linens and even toiletries/laundry detergent! Highly recommend this listing and will definitely consider future stays.

Our stay at this property was fantastic! The home was stunning, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing experience. The kitchen was especially impressive, with all the essentials and extras for cooking, making meal preparation a breeze. The host’s attention to detail and thoughtful touches throughout the house truly made it feel like a home away from home. We highly recommend this property and would love to return in the future!

Wonderful spacious apartment

We really enjoyed our stay, everything is exactly as pictured in the listing. Easy check in. Great communication from the owner. The apartment was quiet and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was nicely stocked. We used the hot tub and pool which was very nice.

Great place!

Great place that was accurately described in the ad and very nicely stocked! We enjoyed our stay and will be back!!! One note - it’s not noted in the instructions but the condo is down around the corner and up the stairs by the pool. That was a little confusing when we first arrived and were trying to find it.

Great property

We have been to Phoenix many times to visit family and stayed at various different properties. This condo, by far, had the most amenities of any others that we have stayed at. Traci thought of everything. A short drive to hiking, many restaurants, quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the heated pool during our cooler than normal week.

Everything was awesome

This stay was amazing, very clean great location and the beds were very comfortable! I give this condo 5 stars and definitely will be back. The pool was literally right down the stairs. If your looking for a nice place this is it! King size bed queen size bed full and also a roll out bed ! Plenty of room

Great Condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was just wonderful, and has everything you could ever need (including toys tucked away for little ones)! It's in a great spot within the complex, overlooking the pool. We started every morning with a hike at the nearby North Mountain Park, followed by relaxation by the pool. We recommend checking out the visitor center at North Mountain, they have maps showing the miles and miles of trails. The condo was close to anywhere we wanted to go. This was our first time renting through VRBO, the owners made this so straight forward. We look forward to our next visit!

We had a wonderful stay at this Phoenix condo! The unit was very clean, comfortable, and felt just like home. There was plenty of space and the furniture was both stylish and cozy. The kitchen was absolutely amazing—well-equipped and a joy to use.One highlight of our trip was how kind and accommodating the staff were. We accidentally left something behind, and the cleaning lady went out of her way to mail it back to us, which we truly appreciated.The property itself offered great amenities—the swimming pool and hot tub were a big plus after long days out. The location was also excellent, close to restaurants, grocery stores, and other conveniences.Overall, this condo provided everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Fabulous Phoenix Stay!

My friend/coworker and I traveled to Phoenix for our annual educational conference and stayed in this beautiful 2- story condo. The condo was comfortable (despite the 110 degree outside temperatures), well-furnished, clean, & in an ideal location for us to travel back & forth to the convention center. It was conveniently located near restaurants & groceries. We loved the pool, too! Our host was very responsive to our questions and provided a quick resolution to our needs. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Tracy!

If you want to experience all Phoenix has to offer, this central location provides extremely easy access to the airport, freeways and locations throughout the metropolitan area. We are next to all the major highways and only 15 minutes to the airport. We are also next to North Mountain that has wonderful walking trails and beautiful views of Phoenix.
