With cattle on the nearby ranches and the private pool in the backyard, this home is the perfect getaway to experience the peacefulness and tranquility that you are searching for!

While the immediate area is primarily residential and rural, there are several attractions and activities within a short drive that you might enjoy:
-Dinosaur Science Museum and Research Center: Located approximately 6.2 miles from the property, this museum offers educational exhibits on dinosaurs and paleontology, making it a great destination for families and enthusiasts.
-7 Heifers Farm & Goats: Just about 0.6 miles away, this farm provides a hands-on experience with various farm animals, offering a fun and educational outing.
-Alvarado Park: Situated in the heart of Alvarado, this park features picnic areas, playgrounds, and sports facilities, providing a pleasant spot for relaxation and recreational activities.

Things to be aware of:
-We have ranch hands—workers hired for lawn maintenance, garbage pick-up, and animal care. They will be on the property periodically and enter through the front gate. Longhorns live on the property in a separate fenced area.
-Please note that the garage and the indoor fireplace are NOT for guest use.
-All of our properties are drug free. Any use of illegal drugs on our property is prohibited.
