Thank you so much, Melanie. It was truly an honor to host your family. I’m so glad the little touches made your stay feel comfortable and welcoming. That is exactly what we hope Westhill Haven provides for every guest. You all were wonderful guests and are welcome back anytime.

Thank you so much, Lisa! We really loved hosting you all. I’m glad the house felt comfortable and that you were able to unwind. DFW driving can be tiring 😉. We love hanging out back there too. Sunny days or cool evenings with the firepit and café lights just feel so cozy. You’re welcome back anytime!

It was a pleasure hosting you and your family. See y'all next time!

Kristen, thank you so much for staying with us! I’m so glad the house worked well for your wedding weekend and that it was convenient to the venue. We loved hosting you and your pups, and I’m happy to hear everything was clean and that communication was easy. You were wonderful guests and you’re welcome back anytime. Wishing your family all the best!

Hi Natassia! Thank you so much for your kind words. We’re so glad you felt at home and enjoyed the space. It was such a pleasure hosting you, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime.

Thanks so much for your stay and for taking the time to leave a review! I’m so glad the house worked well for your trip and that you enjoyed the pool — it really is such a fun space to relax in. Sorry to hear the house felt a bit dark for you! I would’ve loved the chance to help while you were here — there are multiple lighting options and dimmers throughout the home that can definitely brighten things up. I always want guests to feel comfortable reaching out during their stay so I can make things just right. Wishing you all the best and safe travels! – Amber

Hi Kathy! Thank you so much for your kind words. We’re thrilled your team enjoyed the space and all the different areas to gather or have some privacy. If you come back during the summer, you’ll have to try the pool! My favorite part of summer is floating around with my big floppy hat and a cold beverage in hand!

Nan, thank you so much for your kind words! It was such a pleasure hosting you and your family. I really appreciated your friendliness and great communication throughout your stay. I’m so glad your granddaughter enjoyed the kids’ room and dress-up clothes, and that the pool, kitchen, and overall stay worked well for your visit. You were wonderful guests, and I’d be delighted to host you again anytime you’re back in Cleburne!

Thank you so much for the kind words, David! I’m really glad to hear the layout worked so well for your family and that everyone was comfortable and able to enjoy both privacy and quality time together. I loved hearing how you made use of the personal touches like the books, puzzles, and games—exactly what I hope guests will enjoy! It was such a pleasure having you all, and getting to meet and chat in person was an added bonus. You were wonderful guests—respectful, clean, and just easy to host from beginning to end. I’d absolutely love to host you again anytime. Wishing you and your family all the best with the exciting new chapter ahead!

Ashley, thank you so much for sharing this. We’re thrilled the house gave your family a cozy place to gather, visit, and enjoy time together. That’s exactly what we hope guests experience when they stay. We’d absolutely love to host you all again. And if your next get-together lands in the summer, the pool is everyone’s favorite place to relax and make memories. 💛

Wayne, thank you so much for staying with us and for taking the time to share your experience. I’m glad you enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, felt safe, and found the house well stocked. I’m happy the gift basket was a nice touch, too. You’re right that the pool and fireplace are both seasonal. We do note that in the listing, and I appreciate the reminder to keep that clear for future guests. When warmer weather arrives, the pool becomes everyone’s favorite spot, and I love cozying up by the gas fireplace in the winter. Regarding allergies, thanks for mentioning that as well. We regularly host families who travel with pets, and we want both pet families and non-pet families to feel comfortable. The carpets, area rugs, and sofas are professionally cleaned on a regular schedule, and after pet stays I take extra steps like lint-rolling the sofas and area rugs thoroughly and giving the air purifier filters an extra cleaning. As for the fragrance you noticed, that was actually a one-time situation. The guests before you had cooked a lot with strong spices, and even after deep cleaning (including washing walls) the scent lingered. In researching odor removal, I learned that citrus scents can help neutralize spice smells, so I added a couple of tropical plug-ins to help freshen the space for your arrival. They were simply meant to be helpful and could have been removed if they weren’t your preference. Thank you again for staying with us. We’d love to welcome you back sometime… maybe in the summer when the pool is open!
