✔ Heating the pool & hot tub is available for $50/day.
✔ The heating fee applies for your entire stay or the remaining days—please notify us before arrival so we can have it ready for you!
✔ Pool maintenance is scheduled every Monday & Friday (weather permitting), but maybe be moved to teh next day depending on weather.

🚭 SMOKING POLICY 🚭
✔ Smoking is allowed outside only.
✔ No smoking inside the home—violations will result in a $750 odor removal fee .

🚗 PARKING 🚗
✔ 4 vehicle limit – All cars must be parked in the driveway only.
✔ No street or grass parking per city regulations—violations may result in fines.
