There is plenty of space for the entire family in this spacious 5 bedroom/ 4 bath home, centrally located to both Dallas/ Ft Worth area airports. The home is just minutes from either airport (DFW 7 miles, LOVE 7.6 miles).
Your spacious and luxurious vacation rental is 3200+ square foot of fun for everyone. We can easily accommodate up to 20+ guests.

Space & luxury await in this beautiful vacation rental right in the heart of Dallas/ Ft Worth!
The great room (living/ dining/ chef's kitchen) is all set and fully stocked with all the supplies and amenities to make this a memorable stay. Just bring the groceries and the family & friends to enjoy together time for all.

There are 5 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, crib, and an on-suite bathroom. A second bedroom downstairs has a queen sized bed with adjacent bathroom.
Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms (2 have queen beds & the other has 5 beds - 2 bunkbeds) with 2 attached bathrooms.

There is a BRAND NEW 32,000 gallon below ground swimming pool and hot tub (32' x 16') for you to cool off those hot Dallas days and nights. The new pool has in-pool bar seating to belly-up next to the outdoor kitchen, tanning ledge with bubble features, and a water feature with two deck jets and two cascading waterfalls.

There is a stunning linear fireplace with glass fire rocks just behind the pool, which can be seen from either the front or the back. This is a stunning feature to watch, day or night.

We also just completed the new outdoor kitchen, complete with professional 36' natural gas grill, 60,000 BTU side burner, vertical pellet smoker, and pizza oven. Just think of the family fun with the massive cookout and swimming in the stunning backyard.

Both the linear fireplace and outdoor kitchen are fueled with natural gas from the house, so you never have to run out for propane ever again! Just focus on the family fun in this beautiful new backyard!!

Please note that the garage is currently being utilized for storage by the property owner and is currently off limits to guests.

DIRTY!!

Hosted some of my daughter’s friends and boy were we were so embarrassed! The house itself is gorgeous with so much potential BUT it was so DIRTY!! Home seemed to be an abandoned home.. dust everywhere, trash under beds and white leather sectional couch was stained and full of dog hair. Home had moldy smell, cabinets, walls, baseboards, light switches were stand and dirty! Seemed like house had never been swept! Sheets and towels stunk. Tubs had dust and trashes with no liners. When I reached out to the property manager she didn’t seem to care at all! The lawn wasn’t well kept.. trash from previous renters was still on curb and a dump truck was on same curb. This home has so much patients to be great but the basic cleaning is lacking BIG time! Do better!!!!

Our kids are grown and are starting families and careers of their own now, and we are starting the 'grandkid' and 'empty nest' stage of our lives. Meanwhile, we have a member of our immediate family who needs full time care due to a critical illness.

We host because we want to keep our immediate and extended family close and we see the gap in the market to offer these experiences to other families.

Modern families are complicated, living breathing things that need nurturing. Our goal is to provide beautiful, relaxing, yet fun properties for all to enjoy... together.

This beautiful home is located in a well-established neighborhood just minutes to DFW and LOVE Field Airports, the Dallas Convention Center, Downtown Dallas, Deep Ellum, and loads of attractions. We are also just 15 minutes from Six Flags and Cowboys (AT&T) Stadium.
