Both bedrooms provide a peaceful retreat, with Bedroom 1 offering a 45” 4K HDR Smart TV, a private bathroom, and a walk-in closet. Natural light floods the space through large windows, enhancing the cozy ambiance created by the warm wooden floors and finishes.

The living room is well-appointed with a sofa bed, coffee table, and a 55” 4K HDR Smart TV, perfect for relaxation and entertainment.

The fully equipped kitchen and dining area include everything you need, such as a microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, and more, exceeding expectations for a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment.

The private full bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries for your convenience.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that oversized vehicles are not permitted in the parking garage. Large vehicles will be denied entry during check-in in accordance with the Building Parking Policy.

The following vehicles will not be allowed at check-in:

1. Vehicles with breathalyzer systems, makeshift controls, or defective brakes.
2. Large vehicles such as sprinter vans, extended economy vans, 10+ passenger vehicles, or those exceeding 6'8" in height.
3. Dually trucks or service vehicles with wide wheels, lockers, or containers, making them difficult to maneuver in the garage.
4. Vehicles with aftermarket lifts, oversized custom rims, or tires.
5. Motorcycles or tricycles without car-style controls.

Pets are allowed depending on their size, but please notify us in advance if you plan to bring a pet to avoid cancellations. A cleaning fee applies per pet:

- $25 per pet, per night for stays of 1 to 4 nights
- $200 per pet for stays of 5 to 29 nights
- $300 per pet for stays of 30 nights or longer

Please note, the company is not responsible for any building maintenance or repairs.

To meet legal and security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, complete our verification process, and possibly undergo a background check. This information will only be used for screening and verification purposes and will not be stored or used for any other reason.

All guests must sign a rental agreement outlining the terms of their stay. By making a reservation, you agree to:

- Follow our rental terms and conditions.
- Provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in.
- Complete a background check if required by property management or the owner as per the rental agreement.
- Complete the verification process to receive check-in instructions.

Guests must submit the required information within 24 hours of booking (or within 1 hour for same-day bookings). Reservations that do not meet verification requirements may be canceled.

Additionally, please be aware that security cameras are installed in the hallways, and a Minut device is used in the unit to monitor noise levels.
