Other Things to Note:
Please be aware that oversized vehicles are not allowed in the parking garage. Large vehicles will be denied entry at check-in per the Building Parking Policy.

The following types of vehicles will be turned away:

1. Vehicles with breathalyzer systems, makeshift or unsafe controls, or faulty brakes.
2. Large vehicles, including sprinter vans, extended economy vans, those with seating for 10 or more, or vehicles exceeding a height of 6'8".
3. Dually trucks or service vehicles that are too wide for safe navigation in the garage.
4. Vehicles with aftermarket lifts or larger custom rims and tires.
5. Motorcycles or tricycles that do not have car-type controls.

Pets are allowed based on size; please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet to avoid cancellations. An additional cleaning fee applies for each pet:

- $25 per night for stays of 1-4 nights
- $200 per pet for stays of 5-29 nights
- $300 per pet for stays of 30 nights or more

Please note that the company is not responsible for maintenance or repairs within the building.

Guest verification is required prior to your stay. To comply with legal requirements and ensure security, you may need to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, complete our verification process, and potentially undergo a background check.

This information will solely be used for screening and verification and will not be stored or used for any other purposes.

Additionally, all guests must sign a rental agreement outlining the terms of their stay. By making a reservation, you agree to:

- Follow our rental terms and conditions.
- Provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in.
- Complete a background check if required by property management, as noted in your rental agreement.
- Understand that check-in instructions will be provided after the verification process is completed.

All guests must submit the necessary information within 24 hours of booking; for same-day reservations, this must be done within 1 hour. Reservations that do not meet verification standards may be canceled.

Please note: Surveillance cameras are installed in the hallways for security, and a Minut device is located in the unit to monitor noise levels.
