Casa Buena is a 2 bedroom villa located on walking distance from the beach at the Loreto Bay development. This home has an extra courtyard, with built-in BBQ and pergola. You will love the tranquility and beautiful surroundings as well as the romance and ambiance of this incredible location.

Casa Buena is 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms villa, 700 feet to the beach and about 500 feet from the community pool, with a third story viewing tower. Casa Buena is in a fully secure development called Loreto Bay, right near the beach, it has 24 hour security. Casa Buena faces the west towards the mountains; the viewing tower, accessed via a spiral staircase, is on the 3rd level with a spectacular 360 degree view. It is a great spot to read, relax and enjoy breezes with views to the Sierra de la Giganta Mountains and the Sea of Cortez.
Downstairs includes a spotless kitchen with all appliances including fridge/freezer, microwave, stove/oven, blender, toaster, coffeemaker, dishwasher, cooking and eating utensils, cutlery, glassware, dishes, etc. The kitchen has a granite bar that opens up to the dining room and living room. The dining area has a large table that seats 6. It is a great entertainment space. The villa also has a stacked washer and dryer. It also has a exterior courtyard with built-in BBQ and cook-center.
The downstairs Master bedroom has upgraded custom furniture and two beautiful comfortable doueble-Size beds. The second bedroom upstairs has a king-size bed with down pillows and comforters. All rooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning units. Both bathrooms have two hand painted sinks, a separate soaking tub and a Mexican tile shower and a private toilet room.
Smart TV's in each room and in the living room. The Villa has Wi-Fi internet (hish speed-fiber optic). Upstairs terrace with patio seating with 4 chairs under the pergola shading with gorgeous views of the Mountains; and the viewing tower has built-in seating area and two lounge chairs.
