It is a great house

We loved our time in this great house. The location is perfect for beach going, shopping and sightseeing. The kitchen is very well equipped and there is ample seating for TV watching. The pool was "just right" and the surrounding furniture comfortable. Tammy was always quickly available for any of our needs. We look forward to another visit to this house.

Great Naples getaway!

This is a very nice property, conveniently located in Naples Park, close to the Vanderbilt Beach, The Mercato, and ten miles from downtown. The pool is especially welcoming.

Great house

We stayed at this house in August 2018. We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and very nicely decorated. It had plenty of dishes and towels. Beach chairs and cooler were very handy. The pool was the best part! We hope to be back one day!

Property Manager Was Great, but...

The only reason we are giving this place one star is because of Tammy, the property manager, who did an amazing job with customer service. Tammy gets a 5 star rating for doing everything she could to make our stay more comfortable. If it weren't for her, we wouldn't have even given the place one star. We were not on vacation while staying at this house. We needed a place to stay for a couple of weeks in between selling our house in Naples and moving to our next place. The place looks nice when you first arrive, but, upon further inspection, we found black mold growing in the cabinet in one bathroom and also under the kitchen sink. Our entire family suffered with allergies and coughing the entire time while at the property. We also arrived to a mattress that probably had not been changed in 10 years... it was so bad the first night that it was like sleeping in a big V. Again, Tammy was amazing and had a new mattress sent over within a couple of days. Tammy also had to send a handyman over to fix the kitchen sink because it was leaking and causing the black mold. The handyman did fix the issue, but he did a terrible job with sealing the new drain in the sink because he did not remove any of the extra glue/sealant around the drain. Also... there was only one smoke alarm, even though there were supposed to be two (one was removed)... And the other one didn't have a working battery! You would think safety would be a priority at a VRBO! A lot of people had left reviews stating that the property was very clean, but we found it to be the opposite. It looks clean on the surface, but all of the outside furniture looks like it had never been cleaned (we didn't even want to sit on any of the outside furniture)... on top of that, all of the ground outside needs a serious pressure washing. If you walk around without any shoes on, your feet are black in seconds, and it just feels dirty. There were rusty pool cleaning items left out in the patio, too... it didn't look like they cared about what we thought of the property because it basically looked like you were walking into someone's messy patio. We have several videos and pictures to prove all of this but it doesn't look like we are able to post them for proof. If you are staying in the house for a couple of days of vacation to go to the beach and party, the place is a good option. If you are going to stay for an extended period of time, we would recommend looking elsewhere.

Would stay again!

We would definitely stay again. The area is great, very safe and walkable. I walked/jogged everyday and we took family walks. Beach is a 25min walk at an average pace. We went during Spring Break and since the beaches were packed we preferred to just lounge around the pool and hit up restaurants, kayak, mini golf, etc. The house was great- I had breakfast on the front patio, grilled a couple times and would swim day and/or night-pool temp was perfect and the lanai is a must…very comfortable and bug-free. Everything was very easy and calm-felt like home.

Great location for going to the beach with amazing landscaping

The property was great place to use to access the beaches close by. The landscaping was very impressive surrounding the entire property and made it feel very private. The property is also close to a lot of restaurants and the two bikes made it great for getting around. We were able to fit the pack and play in the master closet area, but neither of the other bedrooms really had enough space to fit one. The master and one of the bedrooms did not have blinds making it a little bright early in the morning and nap times. Lastly the cleaning was unfortunately not to through and could really use a deep clean. Overall very happy with the house, pool, all the houses amenity’s, just wished it was a little cleaner.

Great trip!

Very clean, comfortable home. Well equipped kitchen with all the utensils, pots, pans you would need. Location is awesome! Easy to get about anywhere! Grocery stores close by! Great, safe neighborhood to take our dog for a walk. Our fur baby loved the fenced in, private yard. We would come back to this location. The Marshalls-

Cute house with a nice pool and a great host

Tammy, the host was excellent. She was very responsive to any questions and really easy to deal with. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook. The pool was warm and clean. The house was really cute. Overall, a really great experience.

Great place, clean, perfect location

This is a really well-kept place in a fantastic location. First and foremost, it was very clean. The place is cared for well. Very modern appliances (washer/dryer) and kitchen has everything you would need in terms of cookware and utensils (even a griddler and waffle maker). The house also has lots of board games, bikes, helmets, bocci, and pool floats. The pool area is nice and the pool is heated. There's a one car garage. Location: you are a few minutes from vanderbilt beach (easy bike ride) and one block from US-41. Mercato shopping center is 2 mins, as is Whole Foods, Trader Joe, and lots of other stores and restaurants. Downtown Naples is about 15-20 mins. Tammy is the manager and provided her cell phone if there was an issue. She is very responsive (there were no issues). Highly recommend.

Great Deal in a Nice Neighborhood,

The house is exactly as pictured. The pool was warm and the pool area is setup well. Walking out of the master bedroom right in the enclosed pool area was such a plus. The internet was fast, the kitchen is well stocked, the rooms were clean. I was afraid I had waited too long to book my stay in Naples, with only about 3 weeks’ advance notice. However, I feel like I found a gem. It was easy to get to the beaches. We went early in the day and was able to find parking every time. I did notice when we left the parking was full and people were waiting. There is close shopping and the traffic was so much better than towns that are just resort locations and not setup for both residential and resort traffic. The hosts were responsive, and no contact check-in made it possible for us to drive all day and half the night and still access the house. I hope to stay here again.

Beautiful Home in Great Location!

This house was exactly what we needed. We loved the pool, the kitchen was well stocked, it was extremely clean... perfect! Initially I was worried about being so far from the beach, but it was so nice and relaxing. The management company was so easy to work with, helpful, and communicated well. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful property with pool

The house is very private due to the nice landscaping and the house was very clean. The pool area is wonderful with a heated pool and nice sectional. Quick and easy bike ride to Vanderbilt Beach. Great fenced in side yard for our little dog (well lit too). Decor is very nice and hosts were helped and responsive.

What a great place!

What a nice cottage to stay for a week in Naples. A wonderful home with a pool and private yard, also great if you have a pet. The area is quiet, not far from major shopping and beach. We had a wonderful time in Naples, was able to have time to relax, enjoy the beach, pool and family. Will keep this on my list to stay when we return to Naples, FL.

Disappointing

Windows that don't open, wrong sized screens on windows, window casings filthy, ripped curtains, curtain fixtures up with no curtains, picture hanging fixtures up with no pictures, air vents filthy, one toilet dirty, clogged sink, broken kitchen faucet, broken doorbell, broken washing machine, door to lanai broken and won't close, food/wine sprayed on kitchen ceiling, light switches that turn on nothing, extensive chipped and old paint, are a few of the problems I told the property manager the first day we were there. She sent a "fix-it" person over even tho I asked her not to. We spent an hour of our vacation showing him all the issues. Things were not fixed. Far too extensive problems to fix during our stay. It was just shabby and not well-maintained. It certainly was not worth the price tag. We are also landlords on Airbnb but we will not be renters again. I took extensive video of the place when we vacated to show we left it cleaned up and respected the property.

2019/20 NYE week in Naples

Great value for Naples. Very clean, great location and pool was great. Loved the bicycles and all the kitchen items the owner provided to make it feel like home. Highly recommend. Property Manager was exceptional in accomodating our request.

Naples trip

I have to say that Tammy at Itrip Vacations was wonderful. She answered all my requests and questions via text at all hours and made the trip smooth. The house was clean and cozy. The trip was very enjoyable because it had everything we needed to cook and just hangout. I will definitely stay again.

The house was absolutely perfect! We had everything we needed. It was so “homey” and super quiet. It made our vacation a relaxing and fun experience. Lots of love and laughter. We will definitely be going back.

Best of both worlds-pool and beach!

Stayed here the week before Memorial Day. The location worked out well for us, only about a block from US 41, close to grocery stores, some restaurants, and only 20 minutes or so from the offleash dog beach! (There was a convenient hose at the rental for rinsing us and the dog off.) While it is a little far to walk to Vanderbilt beach (unless you are not bringing anything with you, as it is more than a mile and a half), we drove to the beach to drop everyone and everything off, then one of us would drive back, hop on a bike and bike back to the beach, bike rack right by the beach, locks and helmets were provided with the bikes), actually worked out fine. (The host provided 2 bicycles, there also were 4 chairs, 2 umbrellas, and a cooler for the beach.) And for those days when we did not go to the beach, it was nice having a heated pool to jump into and relax next to (we also had breakfast and coffee by the pool every morning, very relaxing). Very nice landscaping around the pool and the whole property. Hosts were very responsive, we booked last minute, and got the info we needed right away. Door has a lockbox which made it convenient for our late arrival. Hope to come back.

Well stocked, nice furnishings, great location

We enjoyed this property, the proximity to shops, restaurant and beach was great. Two bikes were provided and could pretty much have been used in lieu of a car if you only have 2 people. Minor issues during our stay that were promptly addressed by Tammy. Overall a great stay!
