This house was fantastic. The property owner was extremely accommodating and responsive. Needed something replaced at the house. He had it delivered the next morning at 8 AM from Amazon.Extremely impressed

Loved our stay at this home. The house itself was very spacious and clean. The outdoor area was beautiful. The screened in pool to keep the bugs and debris out was much appreciated. The kitchen was very well stocked and there were enough towels and beach towels for everyone. I think the best thing about the home was the location. 3 minute drive to 2 beaches or a quick 10 minute bike ride. We even walked to the beach every morning to get our steps in!!! The grocery store and lots of shopping are close by. We look forward to returning!!!

All-around great stay

Everything from the initial communication through the end of the trip was excellent. We love staying in the Vanderbilt Beach area, and this may be our favorite property over the years. Great location, well maintained property and a responsive owner. What else could you want?!

Home away from home

We love the house open space concept. This was our 5th visit to Naples and this house is the best stay by far. Will come back next year.

We had a great vacation in this wonderful house. The house was incredibly clean. There was absolutely everything that could be needed for the first couple of days. Very convenient location, close to beaches and shops and restaurants. We are very pleased.

Just as described!

We spent a week at Dan’s home and had a great time! Short walk to Vanderbilt Beach, pool was amazing and use of beach chairs and umbrellas and bikes was great - made the trip all that much better! Check-in was easy and we had a wonderful time.

March get away

The house was well equipped and very clean! We loved having the grill and enjoyed the pool area! We used the bikes chairs and coolers daily. Host was fantastic to work with! Proximity to beach was wonderful. We will definitely be back! Ty for a wonderful stay.

Everything is great

Everything went perfectly fine, I contacted the host Dan with a special request and he took care of this immediately. The property was well maintained and has everything you can possibly need,from an outdoor grill coolers, bicycles and much more. Will definitely look to see this property on our fall trip back to Naples FL. Thanks again Dan

Naples Delight

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is spacious and perfectly located in the Naples Park area. It's a short walk or bike ride to the beach. Quiet bake yard with a nice pool. We will stay here again when we come back.

Naples vacation

Property was very clean and everything was as stated. Grandkids loved the pool! The bikes were a nice addition. We used them everyday to go to the beach or just ride around the neighborhood.

Everything was as described in the listing. Dan has great communication skills, the house was amazing and very clean. We had a great time drove up to Sanibel and got lots of beautiful shells. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Enjoyed Florida for many years, however so impressed with this area and will never leave. Enjoy the beach and how easy it is to get around from the house. Recommend taking the bike over to Publix or Whole Foods for a prepared dinner to go, biking to the beach and enjoying the sun as it falls off the horizon for a perfect end of the day.

This property is set up to enjoy the people around you in a home like setting. It is easy to step out to the pool, pop in a movie, grill outdoors and eat in the lanai. Vanderbilt Beach and Bluebill beach access is less than a mile away with parking available.

There are sidewalks to Vanderbilt beach (with two main access points) and great views of the canal streets with a 15-20 minute walk or the bikes will get you there in 10 minutes. The people are friendly and laid back and the neighborhood is very quiet. For a family, this setting far outweighs any hotel situation. Everything you need is there and set up for a stress free vacation.
