Koppla av i denna öppna planlösning som byggdes 2003. Ombyggd 2017, och Futon i full storlek sänks till 2018 för att ge ytterligare sovbehov. Denna pool erbjuder all den senaste tekniken inklusive ett vattenfall, värmepump och regnbågens ljus i färg. Koppla av i det stora familjerummet eller gå ut till Lanai för att njuta av det otroliga väder i Florida i sydväst. Family Visit

All-around great stay

Everything from the initial communication through the end of the trip was excellent. We love staying in the Vanderbilt Beach area, and this may be our favorite property over the years. Great location, well maintained property and a responsive owner. What else could you want?!

Relaxing Stay.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The pool was great and so refreshing, the house was very comfortable, clean and had all the amenities. We loved the bikes and the close distance to Vanderbilt beach. Great stay, would do so again.

March get away

The house was well equipped and very clean! We loved having the grill and enjoyed the pool area! We used the bikes chairs and coolers daily. Host was fantastic to work with! Proximity to beach was wonderful. We will definitely be back! Ty for a wonderful stay.

Arrangements, check-in/check-out, and communications with the owner were all great. Property was as described. Nice location with numerous restaurants and shopping centers nearby. The pool's little "waterfall" feature was a nice touch. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was as described in the listing. Dan has great communication skills, the house was amazing and very clean. We had a great time drove up to Sanibel and got lots of beautiful shells. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely Pool

Very comfortable house with lots of useful extras. Dan was great with communication when we had a power outage. Naples sunsets are the best. Lovely pool area.

Everything is great

Everything went perfectly fine, I contacted the host Dan with a special request and he took care of this immediately. The property was well maintained and has everything you can possibly need,from an outdoor grill coolers, bicycles and much more. Will definitely look to see this property on our fall trip back to Naples FL. Thanks again Dan

Great stay!

We had a great time staying here & loved the location! This house is close to the beach, kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and with start-up essentials. We used the bikes multiple times a day to ride to the beach, grocery store, restaurants & shops. Lots of beach towels, beach chairs & an umbrella too. Beds were very comfortable. Thank you, Dan, for being a great host! We will be back!

Business & fishing trip. Very enjoyable couple of days. Didn't have any issues except struggled with the tv until Dan solved the issue. I'm not tech savy.

Great location

The house was in great shape. Clean and well stocked for a wonderful week in sunny Florida. Being a short one mile walk or bike to the beach made for an easy way to get our exercise in and get to the beach for a walk. The pool was great, we loved the waterfall. We like to be outside and spent most of the week either on the back patio/pool area or at the beach. The house had five bikes with locks, beach chairs, coolers, washer & dryer, beach towels. Excellent find.

The property was very good, would definitely recommend. It is in a great location! Super clean and has everything you could need. Good size house. Overall very pleased. Would suggest maintaining the bikes better and having a wagon or beach cart.

Enjoyed Florida for many years, however so impressed with this area and will never leave. Enjoy the beach and how easy it is to get around from the house. Recommend taking the bike over to Publix or Whole Foods for a prepared dinner to go, biking to the beach and enjoying the sun as it falls off the horizon for a perfect end of the day.

This property is set up to enjoy the people around you in a home like setting. It is easy to step out to the pool, pop in a movie, grill outdoors and eat in the lanai. Vanderbilt Beach and Bluebill beach access is less than a mile away with parking available.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

There are sidewalks to Vanderbilt beach (with two main access points) and great views of the canal streets with a 15-20 minute walk or the bikes will get you there in 10 minutes. The people are friendly and laid back and the neighborhood is very quiet. For a family, this setting far outweighs any hotel situation. Everything you need is there and set up for a stress free vacation.
