Excellent location and price

I needed to be in a area that was convenient to this part of DMV. I needed a good price too. This place provides that. It's nothing fancy or cozy but very functional as I did not spend a lot of time here and was out most of the days. Yes, I did encounter issues but the host did everything in her power to address them. It was very quiet and provides a patio to sit out and enjoy the sunshine.

Perfect

Great little space for what we needed. The comforter had a weird smell and I couldn't get the Internet to work .. but that would my only complaints. We loved our stay and once she knew it was a romantic retreat, she said not to rush to check out!! I want to thank her for everything again. I would stay again

Comfy and convenient

We stayed for 2 night as we where attending a local New Years Eve party. Everything was great and will definitely stay again.

Clean and cozy place.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights and we could not complain. This place was clean and cozy. The furnishings were very comfortable. The parking is convenient and easy. Communication with Nataliya was a breeze. We enjoyed how close the location was to Baltimore and Annapolis.

Not as Expected

I booked this property for 12 nights while I was in town for work. Nataliya was very communicative leading up to my arrival. I was looking forward to having a cozy space and a kitchen. Upon arrival, there were a few things that felt off; padlock with a key for the door lock, air conditioning from a wall unit and only in the main area, not the bedroom as well as a musty odor, mini fridge and small (mini bar style) sink. I purchased some cleaning supplies and sat down to do some work when two mice ran out from under the couch. I contacted Nataliya three separate times and eventually had to work through VRBO directly. I had to book 12 nights at a local hotel at the last minute. Nataliya eventually agreed to refund 10 out of my 12 nights. She also offered to have someone come by the next day to set traps and clean, but I don't think it was my responsibility to manage the mice situation. After paying for two nights at Nataliya's spot I received a call from VRBO letting me know that Nataliya was requesting an additional $250 because she forgot about the taxes and fees to VRBO and was 'only making $2'. They gave her the option to cancel the whole thing and pay no fees and she refused. I will not stay here again, and if any of the things I listed above make you feel uneasy, then you shouldn't either.

Convenient Spot

During my stay I was bouncing back and forth between Annapolis and Baltimore and this couldn’t have been a better location for access to both. Fairly private with an off street parking spot in a well maintained neighborhood.

Quiet, cozy

Nice place, worked for us. Needs dish towels in kitchen, and a entry rug to wipe feet at door. Also, a bath matt would be good. The ceiling fans need dusted too. Otherwise, great. We would stay here again.

Wonderful Cozy Cottage

This cottage, with it’s garden/patio private entrance was everything we were looking for and more. It was in a quiet residential area, yet close enough for our needs. We would highly recommend this place.

Enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and the owner was very nice. The location was awesome. We were close enough to explore Baltimore as well as visit Washington and Arlington. We would definitely recommend.
