The Hale Kai was so beautiful, clean and relaxing and the view in awesome. Sally is a wonderful person and host. We had a wonderful time. There are good places get fresh seafood nearby. We went to a Navy Football game and shopped and ate in Annapolis.

This is our fourth stay at Sally and Larry’s beautiful waterfront apartment. Everything we needed was available. Bed and furniture were comfy. Sally and Larry responded quickly to every question or concern. Hope to return next year.

Sally’s place is a beautiful and peaceful hidden gem, and she is a most gracious host. We stayed here for 2/C Parent’s Weekend and it could not have been more perfect! Sally has thought of every needed detail, right down to the special touch of fresh flowers. We loved being on the water and enjoying beautiful sunrises. The location is extremely convenient to USNA and the BWI airport. Oh how I hope we have another opportunity to visit! Thank you Sally for ensuring we had a wonderful long weekend!

Lovely waterfront apartment with very comfortable furnishings! The view from thelarge deck was beautiful as it also was from the sitting area out on the dock. A real treat to be in such quiet serenity. Close to Baltimore and it did not feel near city at all!A very nice & unique accommodation.

The view and location are incomparable. The apartment is confortable and quiet, with lovely hosts and good neighbors. Comfortable beds, great tub in the bath. Stayed warm during the snowstorms with the nice electric fireplace. Would definitely recommend to anyone, single or families.

It was cozy (but not small), light, bright, and peaceful. I loved all the trees and flowers. There was everything there that you would need and use at home. It was fun opening cupboards and closets and seeing what was inside. We were able to find everything we didn't even know we needed. Sally was very nice and made us feel welcome. There were fresh flowers in several rooms. I was so pleased and happy to be there for a brother and sister reunion.

The apartment was just as pictured - clean and cozy. Thoughtful touches like handsoaps, dish liquid, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee was greatly appreciated. The view from the deck was wonderful for morning sunrises. We look forward to staying again.

Wonderful view of the water. Sally was a wonderful host and has clearly put a lot of care into the property. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Kids enjoyed the dock and decks. Great location.

Well appointed and comfortable! Would recommend!

Property as described, and host very attentive, responsive and acomodating. we really enjoyed our stay and the veiw is amazing. Nice to be on the water. there are restaurants and shops close by as well.
