Shorewood 3B är en vacker tre sovrum takvåning lägenheter ligger i världsberömda Sanibel Island. Vår lägenhet på övre våningen privat semesteruthyrning har nästan 2500 kvadratmeter bostadsyta med tre sovrum och tre badrum, en expansiv privat skärmad Lanai, taket soltäck och privata cabana rum vid poolen med ping pong och massor av strandutrustning. Så snart du går in, vet du varför du bokade Shorewood 3B med det nyligen uppdaterade köket, golv och mycket mer. Vårt fritidshus erbjuder gott om plats för upp till sex gäster med en mycket bekväm king size-säng i sovrummet i sovrummet, queen size-säng i det första gästrumsvit och två enkelsängar i det andra gäst sovrummet. Det stora sovrummet och drottningens gäst sovrum har vardera badrum med ytterligare ett badrum med full hall lättillgängligt för gästerna. Enheten har uppdaterats för att lägga till en ny matsats, alla nya madrasser och möbler! 

 Du kommer också att ha tillgång till en privat marknivå cabana nära poolen utrustad med massor av strandutrustning, sittplatser och ett ping pongbord. På platsen på Shorewood ingår en mycket trevlig uppvärmd pool och tennisbana. Med det centrala läget är det mycket lätt att gå eller cykla till en närliggande restaurang eller fler butiker och restauranger längs Periwinkle Way.

Beautiful views, spacious unit, nice location.

The three bedrooms and bathrooms layout was perfect for our family. The views are beautiful, the pool convenient and the beach wide with fine sand. There were a couple of times we needed to contact the rental agent and they were very quick to respond and pleasant to deal with.

Fantastic Property

Beautiful unit with an amazing beach/ocean view. Easy beach access and all the accessories you need for the beach. Community pool was warm and inviting. The condo was close to everything. We will definitely come again.

Penthouse condo with beautiful view

We stayed at this property Oct 26-Nov 2, 2019. The condo was just as beautiful as the pictures indicate. The unit was well furnished, without the decay often found in ocean-front units. We had a few conversations with the rental managers, and our questions were answered promptly. We'd gladly stay here again!

Beautiful view! Great location and quiet!

We enjoyed our stay in Florida in your condo for our Christmas vacation. A few suggestions—please replace the broken dishwasher and fix the windows that leak in the family room. The two chairs under the windows have an odor from the water that leaks from above.

Beautiful location, excellent condo, great rental experience

We stayed on Sanibel Island at the end of July - first of August, and loved the accommodations at this Shorewood condo. The view of the beach is wonderful from both the expansive screened porch and the rooftop deck (where you can see for miles in all directions). The furnishings are nice, the beds are comfy, the kitchen is very well-equipped, the pool is well-maintained, and the air conditioning is great. All of the needs of our 6 adults were met in every way. Our dealings with Ryan and the owner were wonderful, even when our trip was interrupted mid-week. We would definitely recommend booking this condo. It is excellent!

Seashells and Sand Dollars Galore

We had the best family vacation here at Shorewood 3B. The beach and ocean were wonderful. We snorkeled and found so many sand dollars and seashells. We loved the place. Perfect 3 bedroom and 3 bath. Great decor, nice updated kitchen, loved having a washer and dryer, lanai was used so often, and the view was gorgeous from the rooftop. Having the storage area off the pool with beach stuff was icing on the cake. It made our stay bc we were constantly heading out to the beach or back to the pool with 3 little kids. The pool temp was great and kept very clean. Ryan was very quick to respond with any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone wanting to vacation in Sanibel/Captiva Islands.

We have stayed in the Shorewood 3B condo three times and hope to go back.

We have stayed in the Shorewood 3B condo three times and hope to go back. It is an oceanfront condo on the top floor of a three-story building, located about 40-50 min walk on the beach from the lighthouse. There is a short wooden walkway over the dunes, among mangrove trees, from the condo to the beach. The entire oceanfront wall in the living room and in the master bedroom is a sliding door window, thus the spectacular view never leaves you. That includes the kitchen, which is open to the living room. We spent a lot of time on a screened porch, nothing more perfect for the morning cup of coffee or for the evening glass of wine. It is high enough to have a breeze even during very hot summer days. There is also a rooftop balcony: at nights, the sky and the stars are stunning; during the day it is a perfect place for private sunbathing. The swimming pool and the entire property are very well maintained. There is an elevator, which helps with carrying the luggage. The condo is very beautiful, large space, high ceilings, natural colors, lovely beach color furniture and tastefully chosen paintings and furnishings. Kitchen is very well equipped. Bathrooms are modern and spacious.

Hidden Gem on Sanibel Island

We've been vacationing on Sanibel for over 15 years - owned a timeshare, rented on both Sanibel and Captiva. 3B Shorewood is a hidden gem located on Middle Gulf Dr (literally accessible to everything) the causeway, lighthouse, restaurants, and road to Captiva, etc. The property has a fantastic location- birds eye view (180 degrees plus) of the ocean from it's "penthouse" screened porch and roof deck. The property management company Dream Vacations were wonderful - very customer focused - every question, call answered promptly. The interior of the condo is updated, spotless and literally every amenity has been thought of for a very comfortable stay for 2 adults or a family of 6 with 3 beds, 3 baths. We'll definitely rent through Dream Vacations/Vrbo again and plan to return to 3B Shorewood very very soon!! Thanks again for another magical stay on Sanibel Island!

Great Stay

The condo is spacious, well equipped, with a fabulous view and easy access to the beach. The relatively few units on the property added to the relaxed atmosphere. We were thrilled to discover pickleball lines on the tennis court! And hosts were very responsive. Highly recommend shorewood 3B!
