The Wells Family vacationed at various locations on Sanibel starting in the early the 1980s. We were drawn back to Sanibel for its beauty and focus on harmony with nature.

At Pointe Santo we enjoy the large expansive beach, pool and hot tub, and roaming the beautiful palm studded grounds with all of the flowering bushes and flowers. We enjoy the activities at the clubhouse and the sense of community here. Over the years we have biked & walked many miles all over the island. Sometimes we just sit on our screened balcony and enjoy the view. From the 3rd floor, we can really enjoy the view of the Gulf of Mexico and grounds and the quietness of our end unit. When we retire for the evening, we often open the glass sliders in the Master Bedroom so we can hear the sound of the waves hitting the beach.
