Modern Villa with private pool in Albufeira. Villa Luz is a modern semi-private villa with private pool, ideal for families with children up to 6 people. Located in the centre of Albufeira 10 minutes from the beach, supermarket and restaurants and many other facilities. The house is bright, large and airy with a living area of 156m2. Vila Luz has a modern decoration offering luxurious comfort, equipped with TV,Netflix, WiFi internet and air conditioning. Good bus links to the old town of Albufeira are nearby. Not suitable for young groups, the villa cannot be rented to a young group of adults under 25. It's for families and couples only!

Vila Luz is composed of 3 bedrooms, on the ground floor the living room with open kitchen fully equipped, a large private terrace and swimming pool. One bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom. The large terrace next to the living room with its electric sunblind and private pool is a great place to socialize and has a barbecue, a table, 6 chairs and sun lounges. On the first floor, one bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom and access to the balcony. The second bedroom with twin beds and en suite bathroom and access to the balcony. Inside the property, there is private closed & large garage space to park a car.

According to Portuguese laws, identity card or passport data is required prior to the guest's arrival. Nightly disturbances caused by the guests are prohibited: between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. The guests must respect the neighbour’s rest night and not cause any problems or noise! Also, during the day, music, if played outside the home, should be kept at a normal level. Not suitable for young groups, the villa cannot be rented to a young group of adults under 25. It's for families and couples only! Towels are changed every 3-4 days for a 1-week stay. The bed linen is changed after the first week, for stays longer than 14 days. The final cleaning is included.
